Waited 15 minutes for a black iced americano while they served drinks ordered after mine. Asked about it and they said it got lost, then proceeded to take another 10 minutes to make my drink. Coffee was good as always, but won’t be coming back to this location.

Beautiful set up, but the cleanliness is terrible. I mean, both bathrooms full of toilet paper and urine everywhere. The indoors needs swept. The outdoors looks like it hasn't been swept in weeks either.

I specifically asked "do you all have the ingredients for a medicine ball if not I can list them" he proceeded to say yes mind you I am very sick. I received my venti order, and it was literally only honey citrus mint tea and a shot of peppermint. Don't lie to your customers if you don't have the correct ingredients that is okay I was willing to give you the recipe. My throat hurt and tiny too much to even say anything. I will list my order out every time I visit the Starbucks now because they trained people to lie and be lazy.

This is a great location. The store was clean, and the employees were helpful. It is located in a very clean, safe shopping center with amazing landscaping.
Most times my order seems right but my last order of an iced cinnamon dolce latte was clearly missing the whipped cream cookie crumble and caramel crunch topping and my spinach feta and egg white wrap was burnt. I didn't have the energy to complain and I was being considerate of the long line. This is a very busy location so most times everything is sold out. Also this is a photo of the advertised pineapple cloud cake vs what you get. (See photos).

My oh my. What can I say. I’m the fool who keeps coming here. I thought this location had improved as they were just recently closed at random times within the last month. Even when their app said they were open, I drive up and they are clearly closed. The line also would wrap all the way to the street, moving at a snail’s pace. So tonight I thought, let me give it another try as I heard they had improved. I get on the app, nearly EVERYTHING is SOLD OUT. Drinks, flavors, foams, juices, food, everything. EVEN THE SUGAR!!! It was 8 pm, they close(supposed to) at 10. So all I could get was either a regular hot coffee or a latte. I take it from the lady at the window and say thank you. Her response? “Mmm hmm. What is the problem ma’am? It’s not like you have to make anything in this joint tonight. Do yourself a favor, unless you like regular coffee without options, or don’t mind the options when available being put in wrong(if at all) or you don’t mind being terribly late for work, go elsewhere.

A very solid Starbucks experience. It's exactly what you'd come to expect. This location has some really nice outdoor seating which is enjoyable to sit at while enjoying your brew.
The parking at this location can get rough. Often there are no spots in the lot right next to the store, however this Starbucks is in a shopping center that has more parking options within if needed.
Starbucks is starting to move away from straws so we needed to ask for one. Annoying, but not a deal breaker.

June 16th at 8:28 I arrived at this location and a worker by the name of Raina rudely answered and said “ we’re closed” repeatedly, before I could speak. The location closes at 8:30, I made her aware that I arrived before close and she said “ No you were not” with a terrible attitude. Please do a better job hiring
