I waited in line for 15 minutes just for an employee to bother looking at me to take my order. The store is incredibly busy in the morning and they prioritize drive-through orders. If you actually want quick service, you have to go through the drive-through. In store service is terrible.

Miriam was a breath of fresh air! She was so pleasant with me and my husband when we stopped by one evening for some coffee. We aren’t quite regulars but my husband has a drink he really likes. Even though they were out of sweet cream which is an ingredient in the drink, she made a modification to ensure the drink would be to his liking. Miriam was so gracious and professional making it evident that she truly cared about providing a great customer experience. Thanks Miriam! Have a wonderful holiday!

Waited 15 minutes for a black iced americano while they served drinks ordered after mine. Asked about it and they said it got lost, then proceeded to take another 10 minutes to make my drink. Coffee was good as always, but won’t be coming back to this location.

Beautiful set up, but the cleanliness is terrible. I mean, both bathrooms full of toilet paper and urine everywhere. The indoors needs swept. The outdoors looks like it hasn't been swept in weeks either.

I specifically asked "do you all have the ingredients for a medicine ball if not I can list them" he proceeded to say yes mind you I am very sick. I received my venti order, and it was literally only honey citrus mint tea and a shot of peppermint. Don't lie to your customers if you don't have the correct ingredients that is okay I was willing to give you the recipe. My throat hurt and tiny too much to even say anything. I will list my order out every time I visit the Starbucks now because they trained people to lie and be lazy.
This is my go to Starbucks. They always have great service and it's neat and clean.
