I don’t frequent this location often, but my experience has been subpar when I give it another chance. Please educate the Baristas that you cannot scan a receipt for reward points. Asked if I could scan for my points. He said you can the receipt. That didn’t sound right, but I thought maybe something changed. Of course, I later discovered you still can’t. Not sure if he is just ignorant or just didn’t want to do it as he had a line building. With the economy as it is today, I don’t frequent as often as I did a year ago. The lack of taking 3-5 seconds to scan my app, is unacceptable and lessens the chance I will visit a Starbucks in the future. In addition, the employee heating the food needs re-training as well. My pumpkin bread was warmed too long and the sides were hard. Regret the spending $4.25 on the loaf. Please do better!

I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line here just to pick up a mobile order. Once you pull into their drive thru you can't get out and the service is so insanely slow your kid will have to go to the bathroom before you even get to the window.

After multiple bad visits, I’m done with this location. I used to work at Starbucks for 10 years, so I’m patient, but this store is consistently careless. I’m never greeted or thanked, baristas are on their phones, and orders are wrong even when it’s dead slow at 6 a.m. I’ve had bad experiences here before, including being handed an extra-hot drink with a cheap lid that fell off and burned me. Since then, I’ve stuck to cold drinks—but the service hasn’t improved.

I’ve tried mobile ordering and ordering in person. No matter what, no greeting, no thank you, and no effort. Today was the last straw: my double-smoked bacon sandwich wasn’t made open-faced (so the bacon was chewy), they left out the sriracha, no one called my name, and my brown sugar shaken espresso was bitter and clearly not shaken. When I said “thank you,” the barista didn’t even look up from her phone.

You’re not the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, but you are consistently bad. When the last several reviews are this negative and customers feel the need to warn others, it’s just not worth the energy to come back.

Went in on the heat wave today to purchase a cup of ice water. The gentleman said they can't just be giving out water, I have to buy something. Tried charging me $4.72 for espresso shot equivalent of the ice water cost. Went down the road to a restaurant and got it for FREE. How disgusting is that. The gentleman was sweet but the store should be ashamed to not have a friggin ice water purchase amount.

Waited without any of the multiple people looking up to acknowledge I was ready to order. No one else inside waiting. Finally a kind employee who was on the phone in the back came out and took my order. However, the espresso was very old/sour smelling. I tasted it to be sure and just threw it out. I told them just to advise something is very wrong with the machine/coffee every are using. I did not ask for money back. They offered to remake, but I declined since there is something very wrong with the cleaning of the machine or coffee used.

Every time I put in an order at this location they’re not putting in any of the the things that I ask for, I’m constantly paying extra to not even get the things that I want. I order a sweet vanilla cold brew and a few pumps of different things and cookie crumble and I just got a regular cold brew with whip cream and nothing else.
