I believe this store has a training issue. Every time I place a drink order at this location, it’s made differently. I usually order the iced matcha and I’ve noticed that lately the baristas making this drink put in extra scoops of matcha, giving it an overbearing flavor (and color). It’s a shame because this Starbucks is the closest one to my house, but the inconsistent drinks, poor customer service, and the long drive through waits just isn’t worth it.

I understand that retail work sucks in general, but unprofessional and discontent attitudes towards customers contradicts the notion of maintaining a customer base. Both the drive-through attendant and the on-shift manager were rude and dismissive. I was overcharged for a drink and the attendant moved the card reader when on the tip screen so I pressed the wrong tip number. I tip, but that was underhanded. Then the refund and recharge ended up making me spend more money for the drink and food than the first amount because they didn't refund the full amount. I've asked for the store manager twice now and have been told they won't be in.

I have been waiting in the drive thru line now for almost 20 minutes. I ordered my drink a specific way as Starbucks prices have become ridiculously overpriced which this location chose to ignore. I also asked for a grande cup of water, they rang in a tall, i specified grande again, I got an “mhm”, and I’m given a tall at the window. This location cost me 20 minutes of time I did not have, for incorrect sizes of a drink at the most expensive of prices.

Dirty rag on the floor. Dirty yellow "caution" sign on the dirty floor. Dustbin left where customers pick up their drinks. Really, Starbucks, you can do better than this. Not even crowded. Yuck.

Parking: This Starbucks shares space with Curaleaf. Perhaps the staff had one too many gummies.
