We ordered two Venti Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino’s and instead of us enjoying the nice amazing sweetness flavor all we got was half of drink and the other half lots and lots and lots of Whipped cream (that completely ruined our taste meaning that there was more whip cream then the drink quantity. We went on Friday August 29th at 5pm I wish they would have put less whip cream .
Waste of money (could not enjoy the drink :( )
We spent 13$ in total (6$ for both drinks)

I have never been to this location before and got an iced coffee with oat milk. I realized after driving away the old milk was very obviously expired, with tons of solids floating in my coffee. Not coming to this location again.

The girl who took my order was really sweet & helpful. I have gotten oatmeal multiple times before at Starbucks and never knew there was an option to add fresh blueberries until she suggested it. When I was standing there waiting for my drink the other girl asked what I was waiting on. Give these young ladies working Mar 7th early afternoon a raise for their 5 stars for their service.

I ordered "an iced coconut milk macchiato with an extra shot of espresso". The woman taking my order was confused. I repeated my order, as I never had issues ordering this until this year (been ordering it for 6 years).She said its caramel and comes with flavored syrup, and I said I want it plain. That confused her for some reason. I had to say "no syrup please". Then she said it already comes with espresso, and I had to say "yes, I ordered an extra shot." Then she explained it comes with 2 shots already. I know, I want 1 extra!Then after being confused the entire time, right at the end she says "well I was just trying to save you some money, but ok please pull up". Like no lol, you didn't say anything about modifying the order whatsoever, you were confused what no caramel meant and I guess thought I didn't know what extra shot meant lol.So, I thought that was rude. If she had actually said anything remotely related to me switching up the order to be cheaper, I'd have understood (and this happend at another SB where she very plainly explained it to me; this worker did not.) I think she was embarrassed for not understanding the no caramel part. It was bizarre lol

i sometimes sit here in this store and work, Their service is okay,although it takes a while for them to get your order in the store, they have not assigned a single person to get in-store orders!slow!the place is not getting cleaned very well( floor, glasses, tables..)FLIES hanging out everywhere!they can use some decorations as well,the 3 star reduction is basically for flies and cleanness! as well as being slow,that is why it does not get as busy as it should get( the pics are for oct12,2023, i was standing waiting to order coffee, flies everywhere!)i talked to the manager about it and he said they are working on it! ( probably for the last 8 months)

Was there on the 8th of October with my wife who wears Hijab around 6 pm. The place was almost empty and we were the only ones at the cashier. For 8 minutes the 2 baristas never even acknowledged our existence. We decided not to say anything and see how long it lasts….Islamophobia at its finest. That’s not to mention the pungent smell of vomit there. Don’t buy coffee from Starbucks.
