I love subway but the staff at subway Columbia mall, MD need to start improving their service. Firstly, I had to wait for over 20 minutes because nobody was in the front. I had to ring the bell over 5/6 times before they finally appeared from the back, Secondly, I could see the counters were not clean as sauces were spilled over them and the pizza cutter used by them wasn't properly washed.
Overall really great !
Mostly subs. Also personal pizzas, salads, and cookies.
its subway. they are pretty consistent nothing special here. they seem to have fewer and fewer specials lately. and the $5 footlong no longer exists
Family-run store. A lot better option (IMO) than the other sub shop in the food court. More reasonable prices, too.
