I came by last night at 8:23 pm, there was a man inside, and the door was locked. The business hours from 8:30 AM to 9:30 pm, after the man saw me at the front door, he looked and waving at me, and walk into the kitchen, and never came back. I came more than 1 hour before they closed, very bad service.

I placed an order pickup for two sandwiches and a bowl. The Nacho Steak sub and Cheesy Garlic Steak sub had no cheese even though my receipt says I ordered cheese on them. My Chicken Bacon Ranch bowl didn’t have cheese either, or chicken (which is the first word in the name of the menu item!). The pickup process took awhile even though I was the only person in the store. This is the only time I’ve been to this location and I’m definitely going to a different one from now on.

I ordered through the Subway app for pickup, but when I arrived at the restaurant, my food wasn't prepared as requested. I asked for a refund, and the worker told me to contact DoorDash, even though I placed my order through the Subway app. I asked if the number on the receipt he gave me was for the store, and he rudely responded, "I don't know, call it." He was incredibly rude and combative throughout the conversation. In the end, I was completely ripped off—no refund, and no food. This was an awful experience, and I expect to be refunded immediately!

Run away from this place. I wish I'd read the reviews before coming here. I'm "NEVER" going back!

This is a horrible subway location. They are very stingy on the amount of toppings. Their cucumbers had the stem attached as well as the end. Ordered on the app and placed coupon code and found out when I got there that they don’t accept coupons. Absolutely horrible and will not return

Terrible Experience - Misleading and Inconvenient**

I am extremely disappointed with this Subway location. I placed an order online and selected some items with a coupon I had. Nowhere during the ordering process did it mention that they don't accept coupons. I went through the trouble of placing the order, drove to the store, only to be told when I arrived that they don’t accept any coupons. This is not only misleading but a complete waste of my time. If you don’t accept coupons, that information should be made clear upfront before customers go through the hassle of ordering. I won’t be returning to this location.

Staff rude as ever and very impatient. The menu says 2x cheese and when I kindly asked it get double cheese right the lady states do you want double cheese? What number are you getting? I tell her the number I thought and another lady appears yelling thats not number 20. 16 which is what I ordered and 20 are right above/ below one another and they bothe get double cheese. The order taker then started being a bit combative and rushing me to tell her what ingredients I wanted then proceeded to drown my sandwich in the sauce I asked for! I am not please with the attitude. They then got attitudes that I wanted to use the bathroom which they keep locked. Provided me with no napkins and rolled eyes when I asked for some.

Here nothing is fresh the other days I ordered online and the bread was hard as a stone days old bread and the employees not at all friendly or bad at all everything in this Subway go to other Subways better quality of food

I was doordashing for a customer on 5/7/2024 at this location. The man working (had glasses and dreads) at the register was unprofessional and rude, while he was giving criticism while I followed basic doordash procedures.

Walked In and asked about the “Buy one and get one 50% off” and so I asked this Older African Women if they had the offer and she proceeded to give me the most attitude from the start and so much disrespect when I just asked a simple question so I just walked right out. One of the most uncivil human interactions i’ve ever had just over subway. 4/1/24 at around 11:20-30 am.
