Favorite sushi takeout in the area. They have a weekday lunch special for 2 or 3 rolls with miso or salad that I’ve dined in for, too.

Absolutely loved this place. The service was amazing—everyone was super kind and attentive. And the sushi? Seriously some of the best I’ve had. Everything was fresh, well-balanced, and just so satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back🥳

If you guys can’t allow us to use the bathroom for pick up orders. The least you all could do is have the pick up order ready in time. And don’t lie about bathroom being broken. Lying company. Wonder what else have they been lying about

Had a pretty frustrating experience today when I tried to order on DoorDash on a Sunday. The website and the app both said they were open and accepting orders however, after placing an order through the DoorDash app, I was later contacted by the DoorDash driver to tell me although the door said they were open and were only according DoorDash and pick up orders, there was NO ONE IN THERE and the place was clearly closed and the door was locked. The Dasher was waiting outside this restaurant for nearly 30 minutes calling, I was also communicating with the Dasher and was calling the store. Initially the line was ringing and would eventually send me to voicemail (as it did with the Dasher) but after about 15 miners, there was no more ring and all calls went straight to voicemail. After about 45 minutes the app updated to say the store was closed. It was such a hassle! After going back and forth with DoorDash customer service, they eventually agreed to provide me a full refund.
Super disappointed and irritated by the experience I had today. I am a regular there and usually go and pick up the food myself but due to feel a little under the weather/exhaustion, I tried ordering. I am definitely hesitant to trust that again…completely lost my appetite for Sushi now.
If you aren’t actually open on Sundays, don’t advertise that as such! But if something unexpected occurred, inform customers in an outgoing voicemail or a note on the door stating that and apologizing for the inconvenience or something. Don’t just cut everything off and go silent. What they did is just poor business practices.
