Every single time I come to this Taco Bell the drive thru line is crazy. 12pm 4pm 6pm 9pm it's always backed up and takes like 25 minutes to get through it. No idea what's going on in there but here I am in line with enough time to write an annoyed review before I even get to the intercom to order. Needs an emergency exit ramp to bail

I got a luxe box and let me tell you that was nasty chualapa brick hard the crunchy taco was stale and the 5-layer burrito had no meat barley even the Gatorade was stale, who messes up Gatorade ? Lol I guess you get what you pay for I won’t be coming back though

Two night in a row they messed up my order. You call and tell them it’s zero responsibility. They want a receipt how can I have one of the cashier tells me to go to the next window without handing me one.

Hardly any meat in the tacos and painfully slow drive thru. Total rip-off. Drive to Laurel, it's worth the time.

I've already rated it twice. Why does it keep asking me to rate it!? This location is just like all the others. Its Taco Bell. The difference was that the people seemed friendlier instead of acting like they didn't want to be there & it was my fault they weren't able to leave. The inside was cleaner than most fast food restaurants so that was impressive. If I'm near in again when in the mood to a Bell Grande I'll stop.

I used to like these guys…now not so much. Had a glitch with my app and tried to use a free reward and they refused to help. They explained that only corporate Taco Bell could help me? Really? How weak. Then got the Cantina Burrito Bowl. Had literally 4-5 pieces of chicken and was half full. The Cheesy Bean &! Rice Burrito used to be a good deal but is now half the size. In summary Terrible Customer Service + Lomg Waits with No Attention + Massive Shrinkflation = Not Goimg Back Anytime Soom.

This restaurant was recently renovated and is very modern, clean, efficient and they do a very good job. This location has always been well managed and well run anyway, but everything has now leveled up.
