So i only come to this taco bell Monday-Friday around 12-5pm and the staff around that time always make the food so well i always enjoy how they make the quesadillas the black lady with the scarf is very sweet, the hispanic girls and the gay boy are always very nice and friendly i have only gone through drive through but im eating my food rn and its just so good the quesadillas is so good compared to the one near my house in landover but yeah just wanted to let yall know that they make the food with love ova hear

Other than that I like this place I order from here alot but never go to the esblishment I always order online but I feel that the management needed to hear about this because this can make a loyal customer never come back.

Idk why they killed the double decker taco supreme (RIP)
The crunch wrap supreme is still very good, but they REALLY skimp out on the fillings (I remember when that thing was FULL - really light on meat and toppings now tbqh)
Bean burritos are solid, but the onion application was pretty lopsided.
They give you an exorbitant number of sauce packets 🤷♂️
Friendly staff at the drive thru!

the woman working at the register right now (Tuesday 12/23 at 5:30pm) is really great. i’ve never paid with cash before and she helped me figure out how to order like that. she was also going to help me figure out what i wanted before i revealed myself as an expert taco bell customer who knows the entire menu. she’s so great she deserves a raise

This was by far the worst experience at this location. The ground beef had a funny taste and the sour cream tasted spoiled. I The new chicken tacos were so hard that you couldn't eat them. I returned to have my order replaced, but unfortunately, the issue persisted. I also observed that the kitchen was staffed entirely by individuals of Mexican descent, with an African American manager. I sincerely sympathize with the manager. I would recommend avoiding this establishment. Corporate has been contacted regarding this situation. While the service and food were initially quite good upon its remodeling and reopening, that quality did not last.
Good food but I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes.

Every single time I come to this Taco Bell the drive thru line is crazy. 12pm 4pm 6pm 9pm it's always backed up and takes like 25 minutes to get through it. No idea what's going on in there but here I am in line with enough time to write an annoyed review before I even get to the intercom to order. Needs an emergency exit ramp to bail

I got a luxe box and let me tell you that was nasty chualapa brick hard the crunchy taco was stale and the 5-layer burrito had no meat barley even the Gatorade was stale, who messes up Gatorade ? Lol I guess you get what you pay for I won’t be coming back though
