I ordered a pokebowl and asked for extra MASAGO and they gave me tons of MANGO. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me and I was hoping that on the next slip order they separate those so theyre not on top of each other.

Otherwise this is a super tasty pokebowl place and we go here multiple times a week

Staff is very nice and friendly. Service is very quick. Food is delicious and fresh. Love the spicy miso ramen.

Ordered 5 bowls and 2 drinks...almost $90. Pricey for tasteless poke bowls with a few pieces of bland, cold, and hard chicken, rice and a few vegetables. No kids menu yet there's a place for kids to color. Poke is not worth price here. Bubble tea and ramen are ok.

The ramen is just okay- but the boba is tasty and the atmosphere is very nice to hang out. I wish I had tried something other than the ramen

The drinks at Tai Chi are always good, it’s just a shame the service isn’t. The cashier just stood there as I approached the counter. No “welcome” or “hello.” I say hello first and still don’t receive a greeting. While waiting for my order, I see the same cashier just standing around on her phone and recklessly moving supplies around. The store wasn’t even busy, so the attitude and lack of customer service was shocking. The workers that actually make the drinks and food are never the issue. It’s always the cashiers, particularly the younger girl. I like the items they serve here, but they need to improve the customer service of those taking orders.

Ordered Mango and Rose bubble teas. They both tasted like cereal milk in a bad way. The pearls had no flavor and the texture of both were chalky.

I had ordered boba milk tea couple times in this store before, usually the drink is good. But today I added herbal jelly(grass jelly) in my drink and the jelly tasted sour and bad. Hope they can care more about the toppings and remake it if the jelly goes bad. But the service is nice though.

$15 for this is insane, and coming from the Taichi in Crofton where they give you an actual sushi burrito. They completely skimmed on all the ingredients at this place they are truly the chipotle of sushi burritos smh
