The family and I enjoy TCBY immensely. We stopped in over the weekend and had the amazing Key lime tart ( so good). The service was fantastic and they were also making fresh waffle cones. It was so nice to have that level of service.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary by trying some vegan soft serve at a place we've never been to. I cashed out $6 on my Dining Advantage to get a Buy one, Get one Free TCBY coupon. While there, I learned that they didn't have vegan soft serve available that day (although it's advertised) AND they refused to honor the coupon. We left without trying anything. I contacted Dining Advantage for a refund. The overall experience was a total downer- what's worse is that we left a great icecream place, Charmery Columbia, to try this place out.

This place used to be exceptional, especially under Tanya’s leadership. There was a sense of pride, warmth, and consistency that made it stand out. Unfortunately, since Calvin and Tasha took over, things have steadily declined. The once-welcoming atmosphere was replaced with a superficial paint job and staff who often seemed undertrained and disengaged. Now, under the latest ownership, things haven’t improved — it’s rare to see staff present on the floor, and when they are, they barely acknowledge customers. Most disappointing of all, the to-go fridge — once a reliable convenience — is almost never stocked. It’s disheartening to see such a great spot lose its charm and reliability.

I’ve been a fan of the TCBY brand and have been coming to this store for a number of years. It seems there’s a new owner because things are changing for the better. The location was open at the time listed on the website. The tables and floors were clean, and the store smelled good. They had all their scooped flavors in and a great selection of soft serve ones. I got the white chocolate mousse soft serve which is my favorite and it was fresh and delicious. I will definitely start coming back on a regular basis.

The place calls itself a frozen yogurt spot but there are only four yogurt machines and the rest is ice cream which was not great.
Really enjoyed it! The gentleman assisting us was very friendly, kind and helpful. The ice cream was delicious. Way better than most yogurt ice cream shops in the area. The place needs a bit of a refresh, but plenty of room, clean tables and napkins. Will be back!

The yogurt is always tasty but the location itself is a dump. Everything is dirty. The smell of old mop water upon walking in was over whelming. The soft serve machines look like they haven’t been wiped down in a very long time. The scooped flavors were limited, freezer was half empty and you could see all the old yogurt stuck to the bottom of the freezer. That Place needs a good deep cleaning, revamp and better customer service. Young lady working was not wearing any gloves during food preparation . She handled the cash from the patron in front of me and then made my ice cream without washing hands in between or putting gloves on. I was honestly disgusted by the whole experience and won’t be going back.

12/19/24 was my first time going to this TCBY, or any, in 20 years. I was shocked at how things have changed. I asked for a parfait with strawberry toppings and wet walnuts. The walnuts were no longer in a syrup. She took the bucket in the back, probably to pry them out, and then she put a hard clump on top of the parfait. The strawberries were old, to the point they were fermenting and tasted like wine. I was so grossed out, I threw the whole thing away. Also, the store was filthy. Sad.

Tried to pick up a Too Good to Go order during the indicated time, but the store was closed despite being during opening hours. The lady just ignored us standing outside and went to the back. Service sucks.

Came here today to get some frozen Yogurt and they’re not open. Sign says they’d open at 12 pm. There’s no sign on the door saying that they’re closed for whatever reason. Just an empty store. Very disappointing won’t be coming here again.
