Placed a pick up order a burger, just a good old American burger and fries. They even ask you how you want your burger cooked. I get home to the driest hockey puck burnt burger ever in my life to make it worse I which’s I could find a way to post a picture they gave 5 single French fries. Never will I order from y’all again…… Longhorn forever

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a Texas Roadhouse and I eat at another location weekly. The waitress was ditzy and completely distracted and didn’t even recall the order correctly while standing there. Then she entered it incorrectly and I didn’t get the right food, the side of shrimp was missing and the steak was medium well instead of medium rare. That doesn’t account for the over 45 minutes it took to just get the food the first time. They provided shrimp and they cooked a new steak which was borderline rare-medium rare, no big deal it was under cooked, but the top of it was completely charcoaled and tasted like a burnt disgusting hockey puck. I wasn’t about to send it back again because lord knows I had already been sitting there for an hour and a half at that point. I just wanted to get the experience over and go home. Very disappointed and I won’t be coming back to this location, I’ll find somewhere else to eat when I’m on this side of the area.

Celebrated of daughters 18th Birthday and everything was amazing especially seeing how we arrived 1 hour before closing and was understanding that we might be turned away. My family of 6 were welcomed with open arms, hearts and smiles. Our waitress Ms.Danny was Top Tier, amazing customer service, personality, great with the kiddos and just went above and beyond to insure we had a wonderful dinner/experience. Shout Out to the kitchen staff for an amazing dinner experience and we will definitely be back very soon

The food wasn’t as fresh and hot when we got it, but the rolls were slapped, of course. Got the BBQ Chicken, and there was way more BBQ sauce than Chicken. Our server, ehh. I think he was having a tough day. There was a big party in the restaurant, and the hostess told us they were yelling at staff, so he might’ve taken it out on us.
He didn’t check on us, and when we wanted to check out (a group of four splitting it four ways) we used the electronic kiosk on the table to start paying. When he came over he said he could split the checks, but we already paid half the bill. He made it seem like we were in the wrong when he hadn’t come over in a long time to check on us or see how we were doing.

Disappointed. Ordered carryout and there was no sauce for my shrimp or salmon. Cup of onions for 2 chili bowls was a joke. Maybe 3 onion squares? When you dont give customers whats included but took full price thats theft. I even tipped on carryout! Weekly treat was disappointing. Lets not forget the chili containers were filled about halfway. Check your to go orders before leaving because apparently they are ok with lowering portion to steal money.
