Great experience I must say I'll wear his name was Brandon and hands down he was a great waiter very attentive constantly making sure that our food was hot that we were satisfied even got the street corn and my wife said it was too spicy Brandon immediately grabbed the menu and asked her what else would she like when in the back to the kitchen got her new side everything was great through was hot He's also the bartender and he makes a great drink

My son and I went in for an early dinner, on a weekday. The service was great, friendly waiter and decent timing to get our food. But the food was horrible! The rice crisps are terrible, toppings look like paste, not real food and the chicken was small and dry. They took the pretzels off the menu and changed everything. The waiter was kind enough to take the rice crisps off of our check, because the were not, even, edible. Extremely disappointed, as, Friday's, used to be one of our favorite spots. I will be finding another favorite spot. Changing the menu was a poor decision. ?

I ordered something over the phone for a drive in pickup in the evening, after I got off work. After getting home, i noticed my order was incorrect. But it wasn't the error that made the situation bad, it was the way the manager didn't give 2 nickels about my time and inconvenience. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time I had issues with this location but it'd my last time going here. I live a 1/2 mile away and I'm not using this place again.

The food is delicious. I love the bucket of bones as my Aunt told me. When I first got them they had a bucket that you put the bones in (LOL). The bucket of bones is ribs and chicken. I usually get the barbecue sauce for my ribs and the garlic parmesan for my chicken OMG it is so good. My aunt loved them and so do I. I got my best friend to try them and that's all we get. They are always hot and scrumptious, when I say scrumptious I mean it. We usually go to the Owings Mills location but now we go to the Columbia location. At the Owings Mills location the staff gave us some of each sauce and I thought that we really nice but I am hooked on the barbecue and Garlic Parmesan. I don't mind waiting for my food since we usually do a lot of talking and by the time our conversations have cooled down the food is ready. I usually dine in but this time I used carry out and it was ready when I got there to pick it up. I've never had any complaints at this restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: They are handicap accessible, they have a ramp and is not a problem using my rolator or wheelchair.

Rudest staff I’ve ever seen. Was given attitude as soon as I entered the bar and the Bartender in a shocking fashion kicked everyone out of the bar for no reason just because many people in the bar wanted a different mlb playoff game than the one being shown at the bar. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tgi Fridays, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. What truly stood out were the bartender Life and the manager Lou, who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. Life was very knowledgeable and very accommodating with more than just drinks. He took the time to engage with us during our whole visit.From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. As for the manger Lou, he truly exemplified what it means to lead by example. His presence in the restaurant was felt throughout the evening. He made rounds to every table, ensuring that guests were having a great time and that everything was to their satisfaction. He even waited tables and help prep the bar. He wasn't just going through the motions.

This was a terrible experience as myself and lady walked in for a late lunch around 3 pm. 1 bartender was working and 1 random person sitting in a far corner table with his hat on who wasn't eating but just occupying a seat. Very weird. However, I ordered the whiskey river combo and my lady ordered the new California roll. It took them over 30 min to bring out our food! My food did not have the correct side of Giant onion rings and no sauce for the shrimp. Then my onion rings came out and they were small and lightly burnt. I asked the bartender for the shrimp sauce advertised to come with my combo and she asked me "What type of sauce do you want". I told her that we would not like to eat what we were served and she said "fine" and snatched the food out from in front of me so quickly that my silverware dropped on my shirt. This place is sad and I wouldn't trust the food preparation at this location. Very disappointing.

I ordered Curbside pickup, clicked on the "I'm here" link, and waited for 20 minutes until I got tired and walked in asking about my order. They apparently didn't know what a Curbside pickup was and told me I had to walk in and let them know I was there. Also, the food was cold because of the time wasted waiting on the food. And finally, the tomatoes were bad.

have gone here a few times... the first time was nice but the last 2 times we went were TERRIBLE... first of the last 2 it took over 3 hours while we were there and we were waiting a half an hour to an hour between every stage (seating, drink order, drinks, food order, food, check, hand cards, cards returned)... last time we were there an hour after putting in our order the waitress straight up told me she never inputed my steak order... will not be going baxk again
