THB Bagelry & Deli of Columbia

I like THB bc it has vegan options where other mainstream options do not. However in my order today of potatoes and a bagel, the bagel was missing. Please advise as this was supposed to be my breakfast before work, now I don’t have enough food.

Wonderful, kind, service as usual however even though I thought ordering early in the morning would secure me fresh food I received rock hard bagels. It wasn't even one flavor, they were all stale and cold except for the asiago cheese which was still cold however was softer. I'm writing this review purely to alert patrons to check their order before leaving. In the past I had soft, fluffy, incredible bagels from this location and this is the last thing I'd expect first thing in the morning. I added a star due to the great staff.

I will be coming back to support as much as possible! Bagel was great I just got non toasted plain with chive cream cheese. This felt like comfort food. I’m very picky about bagels and cream cheese since I prefer them from New York but this will be my new go to.

I normally have a positive experience when I go to THB Columbia. Today not so much. I ordered ahead so I could grab and go...that didn't quite happen. When I got to the restaurant my order had been stolen. I reported that my order was not at the online station, the staff kinda stared at me for a few seconds, found my ticket and said "oh, that order was given out already" as if I didn't just say my order wasn't there. The runner behind the counter ensured me that they would rush my order, however rush isn't the word I would use for how long it took my order to be made. When I finally sat down to enjoy my sandwich 2mins later the food was cold (I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese everything bagel toasted). So cold in fact that the cheese didn't melt as it sat on top of eggs and bacon. I spend my money here because it's usually tasty. The staff today left much to be desired. It's not the staff's fault someone took my food. Their response to what happened could have made all the difference and instead of ending this experience satisfied I felt disappointed. Please do better.

Clean and friendly staff! Kudos for having great customer service….Love this place for
bagels that are soft and just literally melt in your mouth. My new fav spot for a quick breakfast. Coffee nice too!

This was my first time here and I can tell you Frank handled me with care. He weighed out what I like/dislike and his recommendations were top tier! His service was great and he paid attention to his customers needs/wants. I had an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be back!

My first time here. I did an online order. The food was ready on time and the sandwich was great. They forgot to put my chips that I paid for online in the bag. And no pickle that I ordered. It won't stop me from ordering again. I'll just check the bag before I walk out. I was treated on arrival, which I appreciate.
