Went for Brunch today. Had eggs Benedict Florentine. Server, Jessica, was great. Food was good... atmosphere on Football Sunday was lacking as they don't have the NFL package anymore so only local broadcast... 😪

I like here. 25 min drive from where I currently live but it's worth my money. The food was good and the service was even better. The atmosphere was great for parties and watching sports games. I highly recommend. 👍🏾

Good experience- are in the bar area and it is a lot for the bartenders to cover. Overall good food and great for watching games

Rude staff and the bar was so dirty

We went for brunch. Seated at a booth that was visibly dirty so requested to move. Order was incorrect and waited a.whole for the waiter, finally waving down a different server to correct the order. The vibe was strange, nobody smiling, servers on there phone olin yhe back. It was pretty empty and please ty if servers at the time so not sure why we had to wait so long.

The bar area was so busy and only one server, meanwhile there were 3 servers gathered around the entrance, looking bored and blocking the way out. But happy hour is only offered at the bar area. The fried green tomatoes appetizer was cold, not even warm just cold, like it had been sitting out for hours and they just decided not to waste it and serve to me instead. Won't be back.

The service was terrible. What is sad the waitress who served us was training another server. They literally forgot we were sitting there after they took our order and came back they were out of the ingredients. So here we wait for them to return. Not busy at all just not focused. Again this is not them not focusing on service but the leadership who has failed them. They failed to train, to set standards of service but the biggest failure is not to have values. Its clear its missing because many people could have corrected this lapse in service but no one did. Overtime leaders this lack of basic leadership principles will build a finite failure of the business. You have to do better. I wish you the best

My sisters and I had a great experience at the ale house. Quiet enough we could talk and laugh. The waitress Autumn was fantastic. We will be back

Ale House is usually a great place but today was AWFUL! I had to ask for a manager to take our order after waiting an hour. The server literally only took our drink orders and kept it moving. The manager James I believe took our order and stated he would comp our meal for the inconvenience and I accepted. Of course that did not happen and I still ended up paying for a horrible experience. What a waste of $100.00 when the manager starts lying to keep business its time to dine elsewhere.

Nice quiet meal after concert, Ahi tuna was excellent as was my wife's Mediterranean Salad w/Chicken... Kudos to our server Bryan!
