I wish there were more non-dairy options and that it was a little bigger. It gets very cramped and wait times kinda suck on event days but the ice cream is great.

Clean bathroom. No sitting inside, but there are public benches to sit on right outside.

The ice cream itself is good. Service is S-L-O-W. Do not expect to spend less than 20 minutes in line. That is NOT when there is a concert, or it's a weekend, that's just a normal line on a normal night.

If you have the time and the money, it's fine. There are definitely other options to consider.

This place is for the people who want ice cream on a diet and don’t care how much it costs. $12 for 1 scoop and a brownie in a tiny cup. And we waiting over 30 minutes in line. Definitely not worth it

New flavors every week. Always amazing and charming

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this ice cream shop. I arrived with my family around 10:50 p.m. on a Saturday night, well before the posted closing time of 11:00 p.m. We were excited to enjoy a treat together and had already been waiting in line for several minutes when an employee abruptly cut the line off right in front of us. She informed us that they needed to close and that the staff had to leave, despite the fact that we were already inside before closing.

This felt extremely unfair and left my wife and 5-year-old child visibly upset. It’s frustrating to be turned away after making the effort to arrive in time and wait patiently. I would strongly suggest that if the store is unable to serve customers close to closing time, they consider locking the doors earlier or clearly communicating a cutoff time for service. This experience left a very negative impression and unfortunately ruined what was supposed to be a fun evening for my family.

Every once in a while you have something that makes you just go "Goddamn!". Back in south India they had this local brand called Hangyo which churned out the best Belgian chocolate ice cream I've had in my life. Hangyo was immeasurably superior than the competition and I patronized that establishment quite frequently- much to my own detriment.

When I had a taste of the Tall Tale chocolate ice cream here it was the same moment; all over again. Identical in every fashion. I haven't had ice cream like that in 80 months. I had almost convinced myself the nostalgia for the product was a figment of my imagination but the charmery has earned the distinction of proving my sanity. Anyway, I am glad I don't live on this side of the country for the sake of my own health. Otherwise I would've had the top spot on the Charmery watchlist. You never know; the NSA's a stone's throw away.

We was on a get together outside and we decided to stop here for the first time. I got my mint chocolate chip ice cream and he got vanilla with cinnamon toast crunch. Y'all ohmygoodness this ice cream is delicious 😋. I'm so excited!! I'm going back this week and weekend. Whew chile, run not walk because it's a lot of unique flavors for everyone to enjoy. Thank you so much to the young man that helped us on 10-12-24. I tried looking for your name on our reciept but not sure if it's ZZ Sheft 🫣. Sorry y'all forgot to snap pictures before we ate it all up.

Holy cow, these guys blow it out of the water with amazing flavors and fresh waffle cones (usually). Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it some of the best made ice cream you’re going to find around here? Absolutely. I will continue to go here time and time again and you should, too.

Kid-friendliness: Great selection and no qualms on giving samples to try it out before you commit.

This is artisanal ice cream. If you are looking for basic flavors go elsewhere. The ingredients are high quality, most of the flavors are a little unique and you are going to pay for that.

It is expensive for ice cream, yet it’s not overpriced. You are getting the quality you pay for.

I love the coconut and all the tea flavors.
