The Collective Offshore

The hostess was great and accommodating. The server was flexible, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was good, yet we felt like it had the opportunity to be amazing. Great location, free covered parking. Very safe and cool place.

Excellent food but be prepared for short-staffed experience. The waiter was attentive, but clearly overworked.

Dining at Offshore is always a treat! From the relaxing atmosphere and color scheme, the gorgeous lake view, comfortable seating, and option to eat outdoors, Offshore delivers a lovely experience. The menu is packed with great choices, a good fit for any time of day. I love their salmon, wings, and later ending happy hour, and on the weekends Offshore is a great brunch spot, with a bottomless mimosa/bellini/bloody mary option. Friendly, informed staff and reasonable turn around time with food. Encore is adjacent and is a great option for live music events+food, and the location for our monthly meetings.

Had a reservation. Sat away from scenic windows across from a large, loud party. Food was meh and I don't think we will be back. 🙁

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved everything. Our waiter, our host, the food especially. Will be returning again. 

Very enjoyable evening. Very romantic. Only issue is that the signage was not very visable.

What a great find for a new take on a seafood restaurant. The food was both creative and delicious, and the service was absolutely outstanding. The restaurant wasn't overly loud and had a pleasant atmosphere. The food is admittedly expensive, but well worth it.

Our food was cold and was not given what we ordered. 3 out of four in our party had to send their food back due to being cold or given the wrong order. Desserts were Subpar.

The food was ok, but less than I expected for a place with these prices. Server didn't time the meal either. We ordered appetizers and entrees and it all came together.

There was live music when I went. Nice atmosphere. The food was really good,but I didn't care for the Maryland Crab Chowder.

Nice decoration feel like we were at the beach. Our table has beautiful lake views. Sunday menu was limited due to Sunday brunch. I had ahi tuna salad, lots of tuna but very little salad, i was hoping for more salad.

Full menu with a wide selection. Al fresco with our dog. The angus burger was excellent, cooked perfectly to order served with onion straws on top and a side of fresh, crisp sweet potato waffle fries. We also had the double crab cake (one went home with us). Decent size, no filler and lots of lump crabmeat. Very tasty as was the vegetable side sauté.

Server was good but the food was another story..my wigs soo salty..the cheddar old bay focaccia was cold and tasted stall. The drinks were very good though!
