I wanted to give this restaurant a good review but I couldn't. First, the music was so loud on Sunday and we ate in the restaurant part. We could barely hear our conversation who brings a lobster roll to the table without butter? Especially paying market price. The bill was very expensive for what we got and they need to go back to the drawing board and up their game on their food. I don't like giving a bad review lightly. But this was not a good experience.

Delicious Bang Bang Oysters appetizer and Roasted Chicken entrees. Very friendly service and a great view of the lake.

We are very discriminating when it comes to eating out and are pleased to say we had a fabulous meal. The restaurant is lovely, the music volume and selection just right, and service pleasant and A1 in terms of menu knowledge. The food and beverages were fantastic. I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail which was delicious, balanced, and tastefully garnished. I had one of the two fish of the day - a barramundi on top of sun-dried tomato risotto and grilled asparagus. A flawless dish. My husband enjoyed a Chesapeake Chicken sandwich - rich, delicious and accompanied by perfectly cooked fries. For dessert, we shared a Mixed Berry Tart, very flavorful, the crust flaky and the Creme Anglaise on top excellent. What a WOW night. We'll be back.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner and I celebrated our 1-year anniversary at Collective Offshore, and they truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. They were incredibly kind in helping handle our gifts, and everything—from the ambiance to the service—felt personal and thoughtful. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a romantic evening. Highly recommend this place for a date night or any special occasion!

Delicious food, adequate wine list, and pretty good service. Sitting on the patio added to an overall good experience.

Loved the live music and ambience on a sultry Saturday evening dinner and drinks evening. Lovely knowledgeable waitstaff with good recommendations for drinks and fresh seafood dinner.

Please know on their menu they have Maryland crab chowder, it is not it's basically Maryland crab soup with the tomato paste and veggies!

Service was great, all the food from 6 different people were extremely bland. NO seasoning at all. The Carolina bacon Jam wings, one would assume the jam was on the wings. The wings were fried with no seasoning and the jam was on the side. The salmon was also bland, NO seasoning. Maybe that's what the restaurant is known for but, maybe they should let patrons know that they do not use seasoning. On the other hand, my daughter has the short which she appeared to like. The ambience was good, by the water, not a loud crowd. I just cannot recommend this restaurant because of the food.

Great food and terrific ambience. Service was slower that usual but we didn't mind. Very clean bathrooms.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Love the outside bar and the live music. Unfortunately the food is lacking. Started with calamari and cheddar bay focaccia. The calamari was tasteless, with so much excess beading on the bottom of the bowl giving the appearance of more food than was actually there. The focaccia was hard and lacked flavor. My Seared tuna salad had promise, but the dressing was thin and was missing the listed soy sauce. My partner got a burger which they enjoyed. They had to remove the crispy onions as they were not crispy and cold, the fries were also cold and tasted as if they'd been refried in an attempt to bring them back to life. I'd suggest going for drinks but even the beer was warm. I still might give drinks another try as the outside area is so nice.

The decor is beautiful! Food was very slow in coming out. Two of us loved our meals (branzini and the shrimp salad) 2 of us thought the food was just ok (grilled Caesar salad and ahi tuna salad). Prices seemed a little steep. Will give in one more try since we lived the ambiance.

We enjoyed our luncheon at Offshore! The crab cakes were very tasty as were our other entrees!! Some of the specialty drinks seemed expensive but we did enjoy the drinks that were offered! Our waiter Jordan was fantastic, catering to our every need!! A lovely view of the lake!! Overall an enjoyable experience!!

Lovely lunch at The Collective Offshore. It was not too busy and that was a treat. The food was good - had a turkey club and fries. The fries were delicious and the sandwich was good. Our server was very good at his job - friendly and efficient without being intrusive.

This was our first time at Offshore. The hostesses greeted us warmly, told us they would seat us shortly, and then promptly forgot about us. I had to remind them we were still waiting to be seated. Our waitress (Arynah?) was great - very friendly, thoughtful, and attentive. The food was fresh and the quality seemed good, but overall, it was just serviceable. There seemed to be no thought given to presentation, as the food looked as if it was just dropped on the plates. The crab cakes and fried oysters were delicious, the deviled eggs and veg side dish were just 'meh'. Overall, the experience was okay, but given the price, I think several improvements can be made.

It was mostly just ok nothing special, food wasn't anything special, service wasn't special nothing about it stood out except the ambiance. Not bad just not “wow” worthy
