The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille

The recent dining experience presented several concerns. The order, totaling $80, included six wings, fries, chicken tenders, one beer, and one Mai Tai. The wings, reportedly frozen, were difficult to consume. Similarly, the chicken tenders were also noted as being frozen, not fresh. While the service was satisfactory, the overall ambiance was deemed unfavorable. Will not return.

The food was excellent there was a lot of choices the portions were really good sized in the staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Lee (the general manager) and Samira (my hostess)were so accommodating! I tried the Mike’s Hot Honey items from the menu and I absolutely loved the chicken and maple fries and the chicken sandwich. The chipotle chicken bowl was amazing, I loved the pickled onions and the portion size of the chicken! The bowl looked like the rainbow, had different colors of items and the hot honey ranch was superb! Also the strawberry mojito was amazing! It was light, crisp and very refreshing. They have a mean happy from 3-6pm with very reasonable prices!

I like this location as it’s huge, has a lot of sports memorabilia around and it appears to be renovated.

I can’t wait to visit again and try other items!

Ordered delivery and had the crab cake sandwich. It was excellent.

Awful. Huge wait for alcohol with only few people there.

Service was good and enjoyed the food. Happy they again offer a well balanced salmon dinner.
What was not enjoyable were several table we had to look at for 30 minutes that were not cleaned from previous customers. One booth after a family of 2 adults & 3 children. Then a table of 8 adults. When eating out one should not have to look at tables with dirty dishes for 30 minutes while finishing their meal. Better management could easily fix this problem.

I ordered their Fish and Chips, as this was a Green Turtle Special. The fish was so tough that I couldn’t bite through it. I started using my hands to pull the fish as I bit it, the fish came out of the beer batter and I just yanked the fish with my hands as one part was in my mouth. It was tough to chew it. I then asked for my bill and left. I will NEVER order their fish and chips again

Food always fresh and hot. The honey, Old-Bay chicken wings were perfectly cooked. However, the staff is always great.

Our waitress on Sat Sept 19th was outstanding. The manager and hostess welcomed us with open arms, smiles, and our group who coached all day, loaded weights, and lifted relaxed and ate sooo well. Food was outstanding. We will be back. Ty for taking care of all of my family on this very special night!

The customer service here was terrible. My mom and I picked this restaurant for a week day outing together. When we arrived we were NOT greeted my the hostess, who wore red braids. She just stared at us didn’t say hello or greet us. From my understanding the whole point of an hostess is to greet customers. We asked for a table for two. She took us to the right side of the restaurant to a booth. I asked if we could sit at another booth since the restaurant was not busy at all (as I mentioned it was the middle of the week) and I wanted to avoid our conversation clashing with the couple in the booth beside us. The hostess looked at me and asked where do we want to sit, I told her the table and she said oh okay. So my mom and I grabbed our menus and moved. We sat there for 10-15 minutes talking when she realized no one came to the table to offer water, utensils or to even say they will be with us shortly. Two serves walked by never greeted us. So I went back to the hostess and asked if there was someone waiting our table because no one had been back to greet us or offer us anything to drink. The hostess goes on to say where are you sitting, I point to the table and she says he’ll get to you soon. At this point I told my mother let’s go because this is unacceptable. The blatant nonchalant attitude and servers walking past without greeting us was unacceptable. I really wish establishments like this took customer service serious. You never know who will come into your business for service and if you have the wrong person representing your business, it could cost them future customers. From my understanding Green Turtle has a 5 minutes rule where customers sitting at a table should be greeted by the server within 5 minutes max (could be shorter). That never happened. Some of the staff here have bad attitudes and do not understand the whole concept of the hospitality industry. Needless to say, as a first time customer, I will never go back to this location.

I ordered broccoli here for a snack. Why did I order broccoli from The Greene Turtle? I'm weird. But the broccoli was sooooo unbelievably good. And the lady at the front was so nice to me. AND they have a fire pit outside!!

Avoid at all cost. I rather drive 20 mins away than go here again. They always skimp me on food and mess my order up. Don’t waste your time here
