We had a party of 50 (soccer team and families) that called the night before for an 11:00 reservation. Management was super accommodating, set us up in a private area and had a well orchestrated plan to provide us with top notch service. Kudos to the team at Greene Turtle!

This location was pretty great for a while, but the food/service has quickly gone downhill the past couple of months. The food has much more frequently been under-seasoned, with meats almost always now overcooked and fried foods undercooked. Fries that used to be a generous portion have been more than halved (maybe 30-40% of a standard portion) and tend to be more salt than fry.

Omg ordered on Uber eats which was 15 minutes late but the bread for ALL FOUR BURGERS WAS WET!!!!! So disgusting and just ew, I’m so upset because we try to eat out twice a week and this was our first day. Just bad, and my husband got nachos it was nothing but chips and a few sprinkles of chicken.

Besides the waitress being visibly new and a little nervous and still needing training - but friendly - I have nothing else good to say about this place. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich that came raw and had to get sent back. I visibly ordered a $20 crab sandwich and the waitress came over with $32 crab lumps I did not ask for and she knew i ordered the sandwich because I got no utensils indicating I was going to use my hands. I ate this anyways thinking this was part of the sandwich or something. I asked the manager about this after seeing the charge and he looked clueless then saying since I already ate some of it and had the other foodstuffs in a to-go box that he could only take a couple dollars off. Then he said if I wanted to pay the price of what I actually asked for, then I would need to give my box to them so they could... throw it away. He sounded and looked very dumb in that moment, my friends looking from his direction to mine in awe. Anyways, save yourself the trip and head down to Texas Roadhouse with actual humans working.

First time trying today. I door dashed the crabcake sandwich which the bun was hard and not fresh bread,with fries and the crab dip. One of them if not both made me sick onl my stomach. The fries were good though nice and hot surprisingly.

I usually order from UBER EATS but decided to visit. They had a great special 3 for $25.00 plus addition 5 for two drinks. ? It was good and the waiter was ?
This restaurant was suggested by my brother. My friend and I went for dinner tonight. We both had to send our food back. My burger was over cooked and my friends chicken wings were not fully cooked. I had a mixed drink that tasted nothing like what I ordered. My friend had a beer that she said was flat. Service was very slow and they weren't even that busy. Not a good experience. Will not be returning ever again.
The worst experience ever! My wife and I walked out went next door to Neo's Pizza and loved it! We got two pizzas for the price of one! What a great deal!

So today my family and I dined for the first time and I want to say food and service was amazing. I think my server name was Abby she was so amazing with us very fast understanding. Cauliflower bites were so good, my son never eats all his food but he did today with the kids chicken tenders, and that spicy leaf burger is to die for must say thee best plant based burger ever.
