Everything was perfect! It was a last minute reservation and felt nothing short of a reservation booked months ago. Destiny was our waitress and she was the best ever. The food was so yummy and we had a blast with the bottomless mimosas.
Our first time visiting this place after a recommendation and we had good food and great service!
This was my first time ever patronizing this restaurant. It was great. Staff were extra polite and attentive. The hospitality felt like I was down south somewhere.
I was with a group of friends and we had appetizers to desserts. Everyone enjoyed their selves. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. I will be back. I want to try your brunch.
I went to the New Years Day brunch. My quiche was good but was just luke warm. My friend was happy wtih hers, so I did not ask for it to be reheated. The service was not particulary attentive. She kept saying "You Guys" much too often. Sometimes it is not necessary to say that .
We chose The Turn House for our usual NYE dinner with our friends. Service was very slow. We waited 20+ minutes for our drinks, which was 2 beers and 2 cocktails. We ordered crab dip as a starter. It was good but not enough bread for the dip; we did not request more. The side Caesar salads were good. They came with tomatoes which was a nice surprise. The gumbo came out with the entrees which was unexpected, and one of the entrees was either left off the order by the waitress or the kitchen staff. I had to wait for the entree to be prepared while the other ate. The waitress did not come by to check on us except when she found out an entree was “missing”. Overall the food was good, service was poor/sloppy. This was unexpected since there were not many others in the restaurant. Lastly, when we asked about dessert at 9:28pm, the waitress mumbled that she had to check if the kitchen was still open. Meanwhile, OpenTable had open reservations for this restaurant at 9:30 pm. We needed up not getting dessert.
Nice experience, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Good food, nothing outstanding but nice overall
Despite kitchen issues and a limited menu the turn house is always good. Madison is our favorite server.
After confirming our reservation days before (for a Thursday evening birthday celebration) the Turn House called and cancelled our reservation due to a "utility malfunction" ONLY three hours before our reservation time!
Awesome 5-star experience ruined at the end when the credit card device to pay the bill is shoved into your face with “gratuity was added; but, you can add more!” No heads-up, no breakdown on screen. Just the extra percentage options starting at you. Absolutely, oppose to this shady, non-custom focused practice especially without forewarning. Wanna ensure a tip, provide good service !!! Don't sneak it in there and then ask for more (“if you want”)! As one rarely ever tips less than 20% plus; this presumptuous practice is worse than a terrible experience. Not the fault of the excellent Turn House servers, food runners, and cook staff; but, something management needs to address before I return to The Turn House

Second time in as many Sunday's for a great brunch. This time it was the stuffed French toast-amazing!
Amazing, local sourced food, beautiful place! One of the best streaks I ever had. The staff clearly cares. You want to experience this! M
Food was excellent and we'll definitely be back. Noise from bar was excessive and when the bar cleared it was a better atmosphere. It is an odd environment for the high end food and prices, it doesn't feel that high end interior I was expecting.
The host did not look at me when I was talking to him. I waited 10-15 minutes before being greeted at my table and they were no busy. The prices are outrageous. Big prices for little drinks. The floor was dirty and so were the booth seats. The bacon in the Cobb salad was hard as rocks.
Everything was “good”. Had never been here before and everything was good, but nothing made me excited to visit again.
