The actors and actresses are your waiters and waitresses! They have passion for both aspects and definitely work hard for our entertainment. It's such a wonderful experience every time I have visited. It's worth every minute!

We’ve been to Toby’s multiple times. Recently we saw rock of ages but we have gone to plays like: elf, mamma Mia, a Christmas story, beauty and the beast, and shrek. Every time it’s an amazing performance with delicious food. The talent is insane! However, this past time we were a party of 3 and placed at a circle table. Sitting in the back of the table allowed for another party of 3 to be sat with us. My dad had an obstructed view of the stage the entire time and was constantly leaning different ways to see. I’m hopeful the new theater will have options so all parties can see well. If you are a party of 3 I would suggest inviting a 4th to try to get a better option of a table!

A Magical Night at Toby’s Dinner Theatre!
I recently took my 11-year-old daughter to see The Little Mermaid at Toby’s Dinner Theatre, and we had a wonderful time! We arrived around 5:15 PM and were first in line for seating when the doors opened at 6. The staff was organized and welcoming — we were greeted, assigned our seats, and promptly escorted to our table.

Our server (who also happened to be one of the actors!) took our drink orders within five minutes. Bread was brought out shortly after, and we were invited to help ourselves to the salad bar. Once our table number was called, we made our way to the main buffet.

While the buffet was plentiful, I felt the food quality didn’t quite match the rest of the evening’s magic. There were cheese and crackers, coleslaw, and seafood pasta salad, followed by broccoli, corn, a spaghetti pasta dish, seasoned baked chicken, ribs, and a carving station with ham, roast beef, and turkey. Unfortunately, nothing tasted particularly fresh or flavorful. I would’ve loved to see more kid-friendly options like mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, or chicken tenders — something to match the family-friendly theme of the show.

Now, the show itself? Absolutely fantastic! The acting, singing, costumes, choreography, lighting, and music all exceeded my expectations. The talent on stage was clear from the very first number to the final bow. My daughter was captivated the entire time — as was I! The show started around 8 PM and ended at 10:30 PM, and the pacing was just right.

We heard the venue is preparing for a renovation and expansion, and I’m excited to see what changes come next. Toby’s has some incredibly gifted performers, and I’d absolutely recommend the theatre experience. Just hoping the dining aspect improves to match the high-quality entertainment.

The food needs an upgrade and I wish they could shorten some of the shows. I’ve been twice and found myself dozing off towards the end of both. The Little Mermaid was ok but nothing comical like the Addams Family.

Good food and outstanding show. All the actors and singers were perfect. Great and funny host. They also added new catchy songs to Little Mermaid. Can't be beat.

It's a local theater that's rated number 2 in the country. For live dinner, theaters, local talent, great fun. The actors and actresses are your waiting staff.

Enjoyed the show and the people were super friendly. However, didn’t like the “buffet” style of service, people inevitably skip, cut or don’t follow rules. For the rule followers, you’ll be wondering why everyone else got up and ate while you were somehow the last ones.

There are plenty of staff, just make a set menu and serve people at their tables.

Excited for the new building to open and really hope they can improve the flow. Food was what you’d expect for an included show and atmosphere was a bit dated, so these will hopefully improve!

Last night I attended the production of The Little Mermaid! The entire cast was incredible, the costumes were immaculate, and the show was pure magic. The one thing to note is that the food could use some major attention. This was my second time attending Toby’s, I also attended earlier this year for 9 to 5 in which I had a similar experience. The first time I went to Toby’s I woke up the next day feeling ill and today I am feeling the same way. The food is very mid, salty, and processed. Nothing really tastes that fresh. Being a dinner theatre I find this very important and hope some changes can be made. Other than that element it was a truly magical experience. Thank you Toby’s for your beautiful work!
