The food used to be good here. I don't know what's happened, but this time will be the last time I go. My buffalo chicken wrap was missing lettuce, and my friend's chicken bacon ranch flatbread was missing the bacon and tasted funny.
The smoothies were good this time, but I hadn't been to this place in a while because they kept making them wrong to the point they were bland. I don't know how or why they keep messing things up. I worked at a Tropical Smoothie in my teen years, and I know how easy it is to just follow the directions and make the food. There should be no reason for any of this.

The food was very good but they have no vegan chicken and there was a very disturbing door handle in the women’s bathroom. They went un opposite directions and when one side went down, the other went up.

I went to this location early this morning on my way to work and was disappointed with what I saw. The staff were eating food, using their phones and handling money while they prepared meals. The staff did not use gloves, nor did they wash their hands. This was low class and I'd be shocked if people are not sick from the transfer of germs thanks to these two women working there. Please do something about the staff there. They need to learn the importance of hygiene while handling food.

Ordered three meals and selected the infamous Miss Vickie’s salt and vinegar potato chips to only receive regular salt and chips that they probably purchased a case a couple doors down from Walmart. Very disappointing. Take this chip off your selection if you don’t have.

Manager needs to step her game up! Went inside the store to get my usual smoothie. Island green no banana sun açaí. This was not allowed for the first time in 7 years so ask for strawberry instead, that wasn’t allowed either. The whole time im standing there for 2 minutes while the manager is in the verrrry back of the store communicating back and forth with me and the cashier for 2 minutes about a substitution that has been completely first at this location since it’s been here. Maybe today was the first day that they change the substitution rules but as a manager stop yelling across the restaurant for 2 minutes to the cashier and be a professional and come to the front a talk to the source! Step it up step it up… Ps: I left out without getting anything because the communication was horrible, just got to another location and they allowed the substitution with perfect communication with a way younger manager. Step it up step it up!

I would just appreciate when the gentleman with the beautiful red dot ? on his forehead makes my food he gives portions of what my money pay for. The wraps and flat breads should not be 10 bucks with just a lot of dough.

I just want to give a big thank you and shout out to the staff there they are awesome and the location is nice and clean. But another big shout to the manager for stepping in when the card system shut down after I just order my food. Because everything happen the way it did so fast and I didn’t have any cash on me and I told him I can run to the bank machine but he told me don’t worry about it he would take care of it and handed me my food and drink and told me to have a nice day! At that moment I was more than grateful for the manager doing what he did and I just wanted to say thank you again to the manager and his staff at the Columbia location!??❤️

Love the app and everything BUT the cup size got smaller and the taste changed definitely. Not the smoothies I used to like. They made the cup narrower and more empty space on the bottom by extending the bottom portion of the cup. If the portion size decreases due to inflation, I understand, but the taste change is disappointing.

Good location and good smoothies. Service was great. Store is small with limited seating. Smoothie came out quick. Tastes of good quality.

Easily the best smoothie spot in the area but still leaves things to desire. Smoothies tend to be very consistent (though sugar consistency varies a bit) and definitely miles above Jamba or Smoothie King. The food is actually pretty reasonable for what it is - still worse than a standard fast casual food place but definitely okay.
