It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review after my daughter called me and I had to calm her down from an incident with this location having HAIR in her food. A place she frequently visited after workouts at planet fitness. She said this was not the first time of finding HAIR at this location! The owner needs to step up here and teach his employees about being respectful to customers. This makes me not want to eat at any of the Tropical Smoothie places again! YUCK! Playa Bowl here I come!

I've literally been going there 5 days a week since the 1st day of summer, and continuing! I changed my diet from dunkin donuts to this, and it's a world of difference. Of course I was eating at other places, but a smoothie in the morning, acai bowl in the early afternoon and a flat bread sandwich for lunch, gives me do much energy I need to get through my detailing, power washing and carpet cleaning days! Thanks for the excellent daily service! I've tried a couple of other stores alike, and this is the best fit. From taste, healthy options and the fruits, veggies and protein you need, don't look any further. I stand by it! My energy, no more mental cloudiness, and my ADHD isn't that bad anymore. Discipline and focused. P.S.- don't sleep on the sausage egg and cheese Quesadilla!

Twice I came here went to the register to order and stood there for a few minutes. I was the only one in the store. The employees would look at me but never came to the register I had to say hello before they came to me. They don't speak English. This last time a guy came in after me but they made his order first. SMH

The food used to be good here. I don't know what's happened, but this time will be the last time I go. My buffalo chicken wrap was missing lettuce, and my friend's chicken bacon ranch flatbread was missing the bacon and tasted funny.
The smoothies were good this time, but I hadn't been to this place in a while because they kept making them wrong to the point they were bland. I don't know how or why they keep messing things up. I worked at a Tropical Smoothie in my teen years, and I know how easy it is to just follow the directions and make the food. There should be no reason for any of this.
The food was very good but they have no vegan chicken and there was a very disturbing door handle in the women’s bathroom. They went un opposite directions and when one side went down, the other went up.

I went to this location early this morning on my way to work and was disappointed with what I saw. The staff were eating food, using their phones and handling money while they prepared meals. The staff did not use gloves, nor did they wash their hands. This was low class and I'd be shocked if people are not sick from the transfer of germs thanks to these two women working there. Please do something about the staff there. They need to learn the importance of hygiene while handling food.

Ordered three meals and selected the infamous Miss Vickie’s salt and vinegar potato chips to only receive regular salt and chips that they probably purchased a case a couple doors down from Walmart. Very disappointing. Take this chip off your selection if you don’t have.

Manager needs to step her game up! Went inside the store to get my usual smoothie. Island green no banana sun açaí. This was not allowed for the first time in 7 years so ask for strawberry instead, that wasn’t allowed either. The whole time im standing there for 2 minutes while the manager is in the verrrry back of the store communicating back and forth with me and the cashier for 2 minutes about a substitution that has been completely first at this location since it’s been here. Maybe today was the first day that they change the substitution rules but as a manager stop yelling across the restaurant for 2 minutes to the cashier and be a professional and come to the front a talk to the source! Step it up step it up… Ps: I left out without getting anything because the communication was horrible, just got to another location and they allowed the substitution with perfect communication with a way younger manager. Step it up step it up!

I would just appreciate when the gentleman with the beautiful red dot ? on his forehead makes my food he gives portions of what my money pay for. The wraps and flat breads should not be 10 bucks with just a lot of dough.
