I’ve taken my daughter here a few times because she likes their selection of flavors and toppings. I took her here on Friday after her first week back in school only to find the place empty. The open sign was off, the lights inside were off, it looked dark inside, and either the door was locked (or it was stuck if they were actually open). We watched someone else walk up as I was leaving the parking lot and they seemed every bit of confused as we were. Hours weren’t displayed on the door but checking google, they should’ve been open.

We liked this place in the past but it might be permanently closed? We went this week at 5pm on a Monday and at 3 pm Saturday and it was empty and locked. No signs with an explanation

I’ve been here with my family a few times now and have never had a problem. The place looks a bit run down, but the froyo is good. This place does not allow you to taste the flavors before you choose what you want like other Tutti Frutti’s I’ve been to. However, yesterday I brought my nieces here for the first time and the employee that was working was quite rude. When we entered the establishment, he was nowhere to be found. All of a sudden as we were filling our cups with froyo, the employee appeared. He stood behind us and watched us like a hawk, as if we were stealing. Then when we moved to the toppings, he kept reaching over us attempting to clean everything we touched as we were filling the cups. When we finally went over to the register, the kids grabbed the spoons before checking out and he seemed to be very angry about it. We paid $58 for 6 cups and sat outside for a bit to eat. My niece went back in to grab a napkin and came out to tell us that the man greeted her with “what do you want?” in a nasty tone. Our whole experience was very unpleasant and we will not be returning to this establishment. Do not spend your hard earned money on places that do not make you feel welcomed!

Hilariously expensive, 17.54$ for this. Ice cream and toppings that are bought in bulk aren’t expensive at all. It’s just greed.

Terrible customer service the “cashier” was more concerned about what was happening in the back and never greeted/ helped when needed. Self serve yes, 100% but if you need help good luck lol.

Good stuff. At $.89/oz, a nice cup with toppings will cost you about $10. Wish there was more indoor seating.

Not a huge selection for ice creams but they had the original which is my fav so I was not to upset! Plus the toppings were fresh and alot to choose from! Will be back!!!

We got there 15 minutes before closing. Spent $28 on four yogurt cups and the young girl working was a complete BITCH.No greeting upon entering. No smiling or acknowledging us. When asked to sample curtly just said "we don't do samples". Okay fine. But tone. Then we sit down with at least ten minutes before close and she three times told us how "we are closing at 9" then as 3 of 4 were done, right at 9 she told us to leave but in a really mean and bitchy way. If I spend $30 on ice cream I'm going to finish it at my pace and won't have to leave exactly at close, especially when you have clean up side work to do anyway!!!

Quite unacceptable. I came here before closing but they locked up early and refused service to me. I would understand if it were a minute or two before closing but to close with enough time for me to order and pay is stupid. No apology either, just sending me off on my night. Would definitely leave 0 stars if I could, can’t believe this employee. Didn’t catch his name but younger asian guy working that night

The ice cream doesn’t taste like it used to. There’s barely any flavor and tastes like ice. Nice guy behind the counter. Spent $24 for two and the lady behind me spent $45 for 3 people.

Please do not go here. The place smelled so bad when we walked in. The yogurt literally tastes like flavored ice. Go to the location in Fulton, its wayyyyyy better!!

This place smelled so foul when I walked by the area where the frozen yogurt is stored. I’m not sure what it was, but it wreaked of rotten food. I also didn’t enjoy the yogurt at all with the topping of the jelly. It was not flavorful at all, and it was too expensive for the taste. Terrible! I’ll go to downtown Bethesda next time for good frozen yogurt or TCBY in Columbia. Also, the customer service was terrible. There was only one worker and she seemed out of it. 1/5
