Hair in food and missing item — I ordered food for delivery from this location on the Wendy's app and DoorDash delivered it, i was missing one of my items and i called and got an attitude and was told that “it couldn’t have been them that messed it up because they have a team for DoorDash orders” which either means thats a lie or my DASHER took it which there is a sticker on the bag, the bag is sealed. So how?also there was a hair in my partners food that he almost ate. So disgusting i called and got a refund from DoorDash partner and won’t be ordering from Wendy’s anymore. A missing item is one thing but a hair in the food? Yeah ya’ll are disgusting and unclean no thanks

I had a very pleasant experience here Sunday afternoon brought to you in part by: a young man named Weldy. I work in the food industry and am always pleased by a certain level of professionalism. Weldy has the gift, well spoken, energetic, tentative, you name it. Hopefully this gets seen by his higher ups because Weldy deserves the recognition. Management candidate for sure. I plan on writing to Wendy as well 😁

Great store. Better than the other Wendy’s (9150 MD-108) sucks because I work 2 minutes from 9150 but instead I have to go to a further location. Which isn’t bad but I shouldn’t have to. I shouldn’t have a bad day at work some days and then go to Wendy’s to rejuvenate and the food is terrible and customer service is trash…. Anyways 6355 dobbin center 5 stars all the way around . I just know there store #’s are always great

The french fries we're hot, the caramel Frosty was great but the hamburger was meh
Placed order on app at 10:45p, the app specifically says the drive through is open till 2am. . . Arrived to restaurant at 11ish. Only to find the drive through blocked up and the store closed. Now i dont get dinner because they stole my last $15.

The main reason I only gave this resturant location a two out of five stars is the cashier took forever to even acknoledge me as a customer and didn't even greet me. The food took over 10 minutes to be served. The manag re r should have been more observant and r www sponsible to at least offer me a free meal on them or a small frosty but I got nothing even after I filed a complaint about their service. I think it will be a while or think twice before going to this Wendy's anytime soon. This os not tje first occatiom.
