I just came through the drive thru and I order a plain burger no bun. They charged me almost 3 dollars to get home to find they gave me 2 buns and no burger. WTH…. This was done on purpose because no one goes to a drive to order buns and be charged 3 dollars!!!!! When you can buy a pack of hamburger buns in a grocery store for that price.

I decided to stop by Wendy’s for lunch a few days ago. It’s not usually my first choice, but it’s a reliable quick option if my lunch is running late. This time, however, I was met with a level of customer service I’ve never experienced there before. The new corporate manager, Alex, was exceptional. He took my order with genuine attentiveness and made me feel truly valued.
As I dined in, I noticed he brought that same energy to every customer—checking on tables, engaging with guests, and even sweeping the floor without hesitation. These are skills you typically see in fine dining, and as someone with a management background in that world, I immediately recognized it. I had to ask where that level of service came from.
When you operate in a consumer-driven environment, you learn quickly that people aren’t just buying a product—they’re buying you. If they don’t like the experience you provide, you lose the customer and the revenue. Alex understands this, and he brings that awareness to the entire Dobbin Center team.
I was so impressed that I went back the next morning for breakfast—something I never do, especially since I usually go to Qdoba across the street because my team and I get 50% off. But I’ll tell you this: as long as this Wendy’s location continues to be coachable and embraces the atmosphere Alex is building, you have my business and my referrals.
Genuine customer service is rare nowadays. When you have a team that can deliver it, you hold onto them. By bringing a restaurant-quality experience to fast food, Wendy’s, you’ve cracked the code.
This location is now my go-to for lunch… and breakfast. Don’t lose this touch.

The food here is good as it can be I guess they're pretty fast unless they're busy my only complaint is every time I go there and order food they forgot something and I gotta remind them they forgot something the prices are reasonable in this generation

I placed my order with the young lady at the cash register and told her what I wanted on my baconator and that it was for here. I told her that I wanted mustard and she told me that it also comes with 6 pieces of bacon. Well my order came up with 3 pieces of bacon cut in half, no mustard and it was in a bag! The last time I was at this location was a year before the remodeling of the restaurant due to poor service. So I waited quite some time before returning today only to find out that nothing has changed except the appearance which is why I will not be coming back ever!

The service was horrible. The employee was to busy running his mouth about customers in Spanish thinking no one could understand him. The food was also cold. My family will not be returning.
An amazing Hamburger restaurant in Columbia Maryland. Friendly service with delicious food and drinks. They have frozen treats they call Frosty desserts which are my favorite. I always recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. It is not too crowded if you come here in the evenings. I have tried other hamburger restaurants in Maryland and I can say that this one is my favorite. I will definitely be back and can't wait to try the new limited edition Frosty desserts that are available now.

Terrible 😔 the guy took the order wrong.. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburg 🥰 they forgot the 🥓 then when I pulled back around.. he gave me strips of bacon in a container 🤦🏾 I said sir can you remake the sandwich please 🙏🏾 them my daughter said somebody took a bite out of her sandwich 😳🤯 worst place ever!! 😤

Hair in food and missing item — I ordered food for delivery from this location on the Wendy's app and DoorDash delivered it, i was missing one of my items and i called and got an attitude and was told that “it couldn’t have been them that messed it up because they have a team for DoorDash orders” which either means thats a lie or my DASHER took it which there is a sticker on the bag, the bag is sealed. So how?also there was a hair in my partners food that he almost ate. So disgusting i called and got a refund from DoorDash partner and won’t be ordering from Wendy’s anymore. A missing item is one thing but a hair in the food? Yeah ya’ll are disgusting and unclean no thanks
