The food was cold and they gave skimpy fries. OK so we ordered the special that came with a small fry but did that mean a little bit??? They had no straws in the holder at the machine. The interior was clean.

This has got to be the worst Wendy’s ever! The people who work here are so rude and inpatient! The woman at the drive through acts as if I work at Wendy’s demanding me to inform her in advance if wanted my burger in a bigger meal. I was ordering for my clients who has cognitive disabilities place an order and drive through women just made this experience terrible.

Stood in the line for 10 mins but I was patient. Order food they began to make my food and my drinks, I told them no ice in the drinks please. They immediately switch the size of my cup to a smaller cup. All because I said don’t put any ice in my drinks. Both Spanish cashiers argued with me about why they changed the size of the cup. Anyway they obviously don’t have no respect so I wanted my money back immediately. The white manager was even more rude with also no respect yell at me and told me to put card back into the machine.. What a disgrace, Shame on you Wendy’s for hiring such disrespectful manager you should be ashamed.

Worst Wendy's ever avoid if possible.Edited:Doordash | DeliveryDecided to give this Wendy's another chance via Doordash and it was a much better experience this. Fries, nuggets, and premium Hamburgers were made and cooked well with no mistakes, no missing items. Food was hot and delivered promptly. This Wendy's may have under gone a huge change in management, the quality of service is much better! I give a 5/5. Keep up the good work!

I had a craving for Wendy’s food yesterday. I hopped in my car and drove to the Wendy’s at Dobbin Center. When I arrived, I noticed there was six cars in the drive-through. I was car number seven for about three minutes. The line did not move. Since there was no one behind me, I backed up, parked, and went inside the restaurant. As soon as I walked in the door, I realize there were two people ahead of me waiting for their food. One gentleman asked for an extra honey mustard.. I guess they had no honey mustard upfront because it took the employee a whole two minutes to find some in the back. When he came back from finding the honey mustard, him and another young man proceeded to finish the other order. This whole time I’m standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence, the manager is upfront cleaning. She had her back to the front line. The whole entire time the drive-through is backed up, no food is leaving the restaurant, and the managers cleaning. I gave up and left without ordering. I spent at least 10 minutes in that restaurant and not one person said” Hello, we’ll be right with you.” I just read an oppressed release that they are going to be testing Uber style pricing I.e. Food will be different prices during certain times of the day! In the world where customer service is fallen into the wayside, and they want to continuously charge more. People we’ve got to put our foot down somewhere. Do not patronize this restaurant.

I had stopped going to Wendy's, but on the last 2 of 3 visits at the Dobbin Rd in Columbia, the charge was different than what was listed on the board. Manager wouldn't listen. She both times stated I was wrong. Will stop going again.

Pulled up to the drive thru, waited, no one responded after a few minutes, pulled up to the next window, the manager(older dirty blond lady) had an attitude. This place needs new management.
