I couldn’t rate this place lower. Ordered two sandwiches both of which were supposed to have bacon. Neither did. Had to wait almost 20min for 3 people in the drive through to get helped. Food was all lukewarm when I got it. I have no idea how this place is still open.

Stars for the food only. The customer service by the window is rude and disrespectful. We went around 11:30a and the English speaking lady at the window orders responded too harsh, and argued what we wanted to get as customers. I'm tired of such bad customer service since Covid. Living in this area for 20+ years and the things we have to put up with nowadays are unacceptable. This is sad.

Horrible experienceWent in just for a Lemonade on March 31 2024. I said hello to the lady behind the counter and she said nothing and walked away.I waited 5 minutes and no one came over to take my order.When the lady who walked away came back, she walked past me to the drive thru. That was it for me.I walked out.

I’ve had nothing but horrible service and food from this location and the dobbin site as well. It’s a salty mess! The fries are always cold and the drinks flat. The associates give the impression that they hate their job and it shows in the attention they place on your orders. It should be illegal to be able to take hard working dollars and hand someone a messy burger and cold fries! Thanks for the dog food, but then again that probably would taste better than this stuff.

I have tried giving this place a chance several times too many. It is right on my way home from work and it’s convenient, but the Man who works at night is completely careless. Makes inappropriate jokes and talks about completely nonsensical topics when all you want is your food. There is no reason someone should have to wait 15 minutes for a single sandwich when I’m the only person in the drive thru. I have bitten into ice cold burger patties and chicken sandwiches, stale buns, cold flavorless fries that have not a spec of salt on them. I’ve been given the wrong drinks, and have been missing items on more than one occasion. I was beyond happy when I saw the place was being renovated, but was let down heavily when they staffed the place with completely negligent careless workers. I work in the restaurant industry so I understand mistakes are made, but the ones that are continuously made at this location are unfortunately the worst I’ve seen anywhere. This will be my last visit.

The worst customer service experience. Nora what ever her name is tried to come out of the window to fight me. She disrespected me in Spanish with curse words. Very disappointed with her service. I were you I wouldn’t go there. They always mess your order up after repeating what you ordered. They don’t care. When I walked in to speak with a manager they went and start laughing and started talking in Spanish again thinking I didn’t understand half the stuff they were saying. Very unprofessional setting.

there new sandwich was ok but the sause onit was lousy would not get it again. the new pepermint share was fantastic and young oby @ counter was

I went through the drive thru it’s 10:18am. We wanted to place a breakfast order they mentioned their drive thru is down? come inside to order we park it’s basically 10:20 at this point we went inside and they stated we can’t take your order breakfast is over ? Isn’t breakfast over at 10:30 for all that you could have said it while we were trying to place the order in the drive thru but made us go in!! Horrible service
