I used to love their food but the quality and service has really gone down hill over the past few years.
zoes is amazing porportions sometimes are small but its great food.
This spot obviously knows how to satisfy their customers. Always with a kind mindset. The food is fairly priced, regularly tasty and neat.
This place always delivers. They serve excellent food for fair rates, there are no long waits even when they are full.
Zoe’s always has Healthy food options...have tried trio salad, Mediterranean chicken, etc in the past but Salmon & Chicken combo kabob was absolutely delicious.

Possibly my favorite restaurant in/at the mall. They're never crowded but I don't really get why I never see that many ppl in there, they're hot stuff!! I might be biased for my love of mediterranean food but if you're looking for a delicious bite without taking a huge chunk of your calorie budget or wallet budget this spot is excellent. They have a ton of gluten free options which is AWESOME since I'm gluten intolerant. What's more is it's always very clean at this location and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Forgot items on my catering order (even tipped them), spoke with manager and he was useless. Said he’d credit me back money, never did. Never saw a credit and never got an email with the adjusted receipt. Won’t order from them again. Food was just okay anyhow. Zoe’s in Potomac is more on top of things.
Remember not all bad reviews are your fault. But that one fit yall, unprofessional food service. Came all the way from Houston to visit and I was so excited to eat at this restaurant. But im.really sorry for letting Zoës Kitchen knows that the food was cold and not fresh. Never recommend.

The customer service is top notch! We order from them for our office and never have any issues. They get it right every time and it is always fresh and delicious! This location is the best one!!
