Been here in the past for the Pit Beef. There are out of business now. The Crab place across the street does pit beef, I don't believe its the same person.

Absolute best cream of crab soup anywhere around. Seasoned well, great consistency, big chunks of crab. Michelle is a great bartender. Friendly, fun, quick, makes a great drink. Laid back, relaxing, fun atmosphere. I can not wait to go back

We were in the area and tried the Susquehanna Inn. We were NOT disappointed. It was a great experience. The barmaid was so friendly. Thank you Ms. Patty. And the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We even had a homemade roll for our sandwiches. Wish we lived closer! We would definitely make this place our regular go to for weekend date night!!
Called for takeout. Actually found it to be a diamond in the rough. Great food,great price and the staff and patrons were fantastic!! Will definitely be returning.

Susquehanna Inn is a favorite of ours. Our waitresses Donna & Patti provide quick and very pleasant service. The food is always good. Can't find anything wrong or say anything bad. Try it and Enjoy!

The hot beef or ham sandwich that’s cooked on wood charcoal was off the charts good! Same goes for their fresh cut fries. To the couple who I asked in the parking lot of Chesapeake Harley Davison when we were leaving from our visit…, Thank you for the tip for this hidden jem stop for food and drink. We will be back. We traveled almost 2 hours and this is one of those places I would jump on my Harley and do this again… just for lunch!

My husband and I have been coming here for about 15 years, and the food had consistently been very good, but our last visit was a disappointment. They have been our favorite casual place to head if we just want a beer and a burger, or pit beef (which is still very good), or a plate of steamed shrimp, and we generally prefer to sit at the bar rather than the dining room area. Admittedly, the decor is rather haphazard and tired and could do with a makeover inside and out, but we don't go there for that. We go for the food, which has always been inexpensive and tasty, and reasonably priced drinks, which are well made. But the last time we went, the burgers, which were still tasty, had shrunk to a miniscule size. When the plates were put in front of us we looked at each other and could tell we each were thinking, "WTH?", especially since the price didn't shrink with them, but appeared to have increased. While we didn't leave hungry, we were sadly disappointed. We will give them another chance eventually, and depending on what happens then, will decide if we ever go back.
