I had high hopes; however, I was very disappointed with the atmosphere and service. I stopped by for a quick egg and cheese croissant. They had no đ§ and đ¶ïž out for customers. When I asked, they had to đ for it under the counter and just handed me a handful of pepper packs. đ§, they said they ran out. Running out of salt was unfortunate so I left disappointed. On the way to the car, a lady came running out and said they found it. I appreciate that extra effort, but this much effort for a basic breakfast staple was a turn-off. Now the sandwich tasted.... Off. You know that after taste, if you eat something that has sat in a new, unwashed plastic container, that's what it tasted like. So yeah, not too happy with my visit and it did give me the bubble guts. So, I will not be back.

The coffee was very good, I really enjoyed it. The young woman who helped me today was very kind and polite, and I appreciate her customer service. Unfortunately, the man who was taking my payment was very rude. He raised his voice at me because I didnât understand him, and he was talking on the phone at the same time. I believe staff should be reminded how to treat customers with respect and patience. Good service makes a big difference.

I come to this Dunkinâ all the time, and usually the donuts are fresh. But the last three visits have been awful. The donuts were clearly oldâdry, stale, and tasting like theyâd been sitting around for more than a day. Itâs ridiculous to pay full price for something that shouldâve been thrown out. If this keeps up, Iâll be finding a different Dunkinâ to go to.

Don't order online. People will walk in in and order their food after you arrive and still get their food before for you. May as well take the time to walk in, or find a drive-thru if you are trying to save time. It took a full 30 minutes to get a small order, having ordered 10 minutes earlier so over 40 minutes.
They're often still in person too, but I feel like this was especially egregious. It would have been faster to detour to another one, Even though this one is so close to my house.

this is by far the worst coffee ive ever received from any coffee shop ever. i took a sip and immediately knew it was off, but i didnt have time to ask for it remade. super dissapointing. it literally tastes like straight espresso (i got a large cocoa mocha latte) i couldnt even stomach it, i tried to drink it again an hour later after all the ice melted hoping that would water it down but it was still completely inedible -100/10
I think her name was Lillian she came it from the back to help me. Then while helping she took the time to help out another customer. Very good customer service and much appreciated to see a staff member going above and beyond

We are from out of town and stopped by this local Dunkin to take a bathroom pit stop. I wasnât planning on buying anything until I walked around the corner and saw Josh. Josh was a very sweet and kind worker with great customer service. Donuts and coffee were great, if I could give this place a 10 stars I would, mostly because Josh was hot. Josh deserves a raise for sure!
