I think most people can agree that restaurants, post pandemic, are a different animal. Supply chain issues and staffing have always been an issue. Choosing to run a restaurant, post Covid, is not for the faint of heart. Always service with a smile! Hard working group of folks making the local business work. The salads last evening were fresh and fully loaded with all the best stuff we could ask for!! 6 out of 5 stars for sure!!!
