If I could give zero stars, I would on 12/03/2025 me and my family stopped in at nine o'clock in the evening to buy 2 ten piece nugget, grinch meals to get home and the orders had two big macs and 26 piece nuggets in them.Instead of the ten piece nugget meals, I went back the next day because it was too late to call, and they told me they were gonna put my name down in the books to replace the meals.Whenever they had more in, I went in today 12/07/2025 for the manager to tell me that my name is not in the book.They have a limit of supply and they can't replace them.I do have a receipt and now she's telling me she can't even refund me for that order.Or she cannot replace the food.I would not recommend going to this store or any of the stores in the cumberland area downright disrespectful.The managers don't care and they don't make it right.I have worked for mcdonald's several times and it is not hard to do this job.And the fact of it is is, when somebody tells you they're gonna do something and they don't, it's just not right.Mcdonald's restaurant number 38792 I do not recommend for anything

This McDonals location should be the standard of all other McDonalds within 25mile radius. The service is always great at anytime! FrenchFries always freshly made, well seasoned hamburgers and most of all is the perfect blend of SweetTea Lemonade. I swear nobody have the same best taste as this location. We have a few Favorite locations and this is one of our favorite place! Keep up the great work!

It's expensive as all hell . Almost $ 20 for 2 quarters lb. Lrg fries and Lrg drink. And the Lrg drink was the size of a medium at other places. I wouldn't have gone there except that it was the only place available where I was.

June 19th around 6:50 am I usually get 6 iced coffees everyday for me and my employees and this morning not only did there voice change when I asked for them but 3 of the coffees had zero creamer flavoring in it and it tasted like black coffee.i believe it was Makayla who made them but I could have her name wrong.Its sad that regular customers get treated like that... where's their work ethic at.

Out of all the other McDonald's in the area and out of the area the one one on mcmullen highway by far is on the top tier, simply because i love that they beautifully wrap the sausage burritos from tortilla to paper it's tight and secure and i have never seen any other location do it the same and i love that they do this.
If you go inside you are good. But the drive through window the employees basically throw the food out the window to you

When ordering a deluxe Quarter pounder is it too much to ask to have it cooked and not cold!!! This place was getting better a couple months ago but they need new management for sure!!! $11.00 throwed in the trash!!
