I normally love going here because we always get good food and they bring our food out in decent timing (if we order curbside) but this last time we went it was a different lady than we’re used to. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food when we got curbside pickup. We were waiting patiently because we weren’t sure if maybe she hadn’t seen it or worked on it because she had customers come in and order. After a bit we were confused because she wasn’t out on the line and it seemed like she just went in the back room to sit down. We tried to call and got a busy tone. My husband went in and she came out of the back and said “oh yeah we have it ready, we’re out of big bags” that was the reason she said. I haven’t had any issues with them bringing them out even if they didn’t have big bags they would bring them out anyways since it’s curbside. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this was very frustrating.

Stopped here on my way home after meeting with a client. I'm not usually one to go to Subway, but I was craving something different than the usual fast food. Staff was quick, friendly and made my sub exactly as I asked. It was clean and inviting. I got my kiddos some food togo and some cookies. Cookies were fresh tasting and everything was great. Twice in 1 week my order was messed up,suns wasn't done correctly by description. The 2nd time I contacted corporate sent a receipt copy and picture of sub. I'm sitting in front of store on 5/16 8pm placed an expensive order but I went in to check my subs,of course my order I placed online with easy instructions was screwed up. The young girl argued however it's listed I did opening the subs showing the receipt she says do you want me to make them all over no let's just add sauces to half's you didn't do and the mayo on all them leave it . Hopefully everyone will eat them I didn't want to waste food.checked my ft long cookie wasn't in order the same young girl said it's not on the order yes it is right here paid for, her attitude at this point is horrible I was kind never got mad or loud,I'm watching her get angry the girl from the ice cream shop next door is trying to help her cause she sees the workers attitude. It was so bad how she acted over her mistake the guy in line behind me comes out and says make this review I never do,he said contact the owner there's no sense in how she acted over her own mistakes than when I was speaking to my daughter the man said did you see her come from back asking who are you talking to wow. The owner needs to review the cameras and see how out of control she was. The ice cream girl ended up making our ft long cookie.

The owner isn't paying his employees the state required minimum and nobody wants to say anything cuz they're all high school kids. ? The food is gross and wilted. & the store is super unclean. Would not recommend.
