I’ve been dealing with this company for years without any issues.
During Covid I placed an order for crabmeat. This order had more shells than normal. When they sent out the survey I mentioned it to them.
My next order they sent me an extra can of meat.
This week I was supposed to get a shipment on Friday, but FedEx delayed the delivery for two days.
My concern was the shipment might have been spoiled.
Without hesitation or any hiccups Jamie shipped out a new order.
Customer service has been awesome.

We ordered a bushel of premium male steamed crabs to celebrate my husband and my 70th birthdays!(a family celebration )! Had them shipped to our daughter’s house and our son in law couldn’t get over how many were in a bushel! (We’ve only steamed a dozen or two when he came over!) Ordering this 1st time was a great process as I called in and spoke with Janeece! She was so patient and friendly…a gem! The crabs were heavy and steamed perfectly! Not one was broken or cracked and all claws in tact!! You have a new customer for life!!

Decided to give this company a try since they are actually located in MD. Received the crabs. Very disappointed. Crabs are smaller than they should be for jumbo size. They are a little dried out and at 8 out of 18 are missing a large claw. In other words we paid for something that was not delivered. Last time I checked, Blue crabs have 2 claws. We will order from someone else next time.

I love this place. Went on a crab cruise on July 6th and it was amazing as usual. This was our 3rd time being apart of the Crab & Cruise event. Crabs were delicious and a nice size. All of the bonus side dishes were good. DJ was rocking. Everyone was having a great time. Only complaint was the air conditioning wasn't working at its full capacity and our group was sweating to death. Literally felt like 100+ degrees in that place. Our server Evy was wonderful. She kept up with all of our request. Drinks were great and the garlic butter and spicy butter for purchase was good. Hate the fact that it's $8 for a small 8oz cup but still was good. They had a ton of raffles to win nice prizes. And the best part was the B.Y.O.B boat cruise that we enjoyed after eating a bunch of crabs. Everyone danced the night away on the boat and ended the night with a fireworks show on the water. Can't wait to go back next year.

Longtime, enthusiastic shipper of Crab Place hard crabs, sprung for half a dozen colossals today. Not good. Overcooked and dry. Expensive disappointment.

Horrible second experience.
Crabs were awful! I mean awful and slimy. The crabs were suppose me to be all Jumbo! No exception. They were not fresh nor were they jumbo. At best they were small/medium and empty Yes, no meat at all in them.
In the beginning they knew they did not have enough crabs and brought out small amounts to each table. Multiple tables were complaining. 20 min in the waitress expressed her frustration and admitted that they ran out of crabs and food. They did not care to show any empathy. No discount, no apology.
I will not be returning. A waist of money. $240 a person.

OMGEEEEE I absolutely recommend everyone who love crabs to visit here. Staff was AMAZING we went for the crab and cruise event. Had such an amazing time most definitely will be going back
