I found The Crab Place as the other place wanted triple the money to have less crabs shipped.I canāt say how much happier I am that I found You guys. My shipment of crabs came professionally packaged. Out of the whole batch there were only two lost crabs (the other company I had less amount and 8 dead crabs) All the crabs were fresh and it made for a tasty meal. Thank you Crab Place you have a new client and Iām never going back to that other company.

Used to be so goodā¦ the past two or three times weāve ordered, the crabs werenāt that great. They also donāt give as much as theyāre supposed to and many broken ones. Donāt think Iāll order from them again unfortunately.

Well customer service hearts were in the right place for replacing my first damaged shipment. But if you thought those dents were bad, check out the second shipment ! The seal is leaking. Another can in the trash. If they send me an undamaged can ill continue buying from them , if not ? Ill switch to GRAHAM + ROLLINS.

During Covid I placed an order for crabmeat. This order had more shells than normal. When they sent out the survey I mentioned it to them.
My next order they sent me an extra can of meat.
This week I was supposed to get a shipment on Friday, but FedEx delayed the delivery for two days.
My concern was the shipment might have been spoiled.
Without hesitation or any hiccups Jamie shipped out a new order.

Ordered female hard crabs for family during Thanksgiving. Received crabs that are so old and empty that they were deemed inedible. I understand if one or two are bad, but when you send half a bushel of crabs that are all bad, there is serious issue with quality control. Iāve bought crabs from them over the years, but unfortunately this will be my last.

We ordered a bushel of premium male steamed crabs to celebrate my husband and my 70th birthdays!(a family celebration )! Had them shipped to our daughterās house and our son in law couldnāt get over how many were in a bushel! (Weāve only steamed a dozen or two when he came over!) Ordering this 1st time was a great process as I called in and spoke with Janeece! She was so patient and friendlyā¦a gem! The crabs were heavy and steamed perfectly! Not one was broken or cracked and all claws in tact!! You have a new customer for life!!
