When I visit Maryland, I can count on my sister to share a great place to eat. This time, she took me to Ashling. It was fantastic. Kennedy, our server, was so nice. The food, Jerk Chicken Rasta Pasta, was perfect. The atmosphere was cool and laid back. I look forward to returning. Great place!

Ashling Catering is absolutely amazing! They catered our wedding on May 10th at Camp Hidden Valley, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—we got so many compliments from our guests—and the service was top-notch. Ashling went above and beyond to take care of us, especially during cocktail hour when we were off taking photos. They brought a tray of hors d'oeuvres just for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone had warned me that I probably wouldn’t get to eat much on my wedding day, but thanks to Ashling, we absolutely did—and enjoyed every bite! Karla was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. She was kind, responsive, and so accommodating with all of our little requests to make sure everything ran smoothly. At the end of the night, the team even helped clean up the reception space completely, giving us one less thing to worry about after an unforgettable day. If you’re looking for a caterer who truly cares, delivers incredible food, and goes the extra mile, definitely book Ashling Catering!

I enjoyed the pineapple mimosa. The salmon with risotto and broccoli was okay; I just needed to add sal and pepper. The food’s presentation was nice. Service was good.

We had a great experience at Ashling. Our server was attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. We also got the mimosa bottle service, which was great. The ambience was relaxed and beautiful. It was lively but not so loud we couldn't converse. Definitely wanted to stay and drink and chat. I will definitely return!

This is one of our go to restaurants, especially in the Bowie/Crofton (Rt. 50) area. Food is great. Service is great. Atmosphere is great. Just wished they'd stay open an hour later. Hidden gem you've got to try. Steak Frittes, Jerk Rasta Pasta, Short Ribs, all their mocktails. It doesn't matter.....

Oh my goodness! Where do I start? The service at this restaurant was excellent! The staff made my husband and me feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. The professionalism of the staff, along with the manager working hard alongside his team, truly showcases what outstanding leadership looks like. The staff were incredibly skilled at making guests feel at home. To summarize this review, the food was the most delicious and flavorful I have ever experienced. Kudos to the chef! Great dinner for 4 in the back room with other guests filling over half the room. Enjoyable dinner and it was easy to have a nice conversation. Our server, Libby, was pleasant and very helpful.

Great brunch experience! Some the time I walked in, the staff was friendly. Our server, Sandra, stayed on top of everything especially refilling our drinks without us having to ask. This was my 1st time doing brunch but I've had dinner several times.
