This was really the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The staff was friendly but the burger I received was the worst one I ever ate at Burger King. The bun was wet, salad old, onions way too large and cold. Super disappointing.

Drive Thru Fail. Asked me to pull around and wait for my food. Very inconvenient and they made me sit 12 minutes for cheesy tots. Acted like I should thank them for bringing the food out.

This place needs improvement in several areas:
1. Their dine-in hours are until 9 PM, but the information on the door leaflet hasn’t been updated, which caused confusion. 2. They advertise kids’ toys on the menu, but they were out of stock. If you can’t offer it, why advertise? It’s frustrating for kids, unlike adults who might understand. 3. The “biggest” onion ring size is laughable—definitely not what I expected. 4. The drive-thru service at night is terrible, with long waits and poor service.
Wouldn’t recommend until they fix these issues.

Tough to call this “fast” food at lunch time. Routinely takes 10-15 minutes to get through the line, with only 3 cars ahead. Not good. Breakfast wait time is better if you’re early.
Have also had orders completed incorrectly, which you find out after driving away. Also not good.
On a positive note, there’s a young lady working there who often times is holding down the entire fort herself who is awesome. Whatever she’s being paid, it’s not enough. In general, under-staffed and under-managed. Other than that, it’s awesome! 👎🏼

The manger’s here need to be investigated because the staff that works here is TERRIBLE. Burger King corporate needs to come in and evaluate both locations in Crofton. They put the wrong buns on burgers it’s false advertisement and practically untrue!

The woman who was manning the drive thru and gave us our food over the counter was incredibly rude. She didn't speak. She looked angry. When I mentioned there should be drinks for the meals, she sighed loudly and stomped off. She brought back 4 drinks. I said there should be 5 for the 5 meals. That caused yetanother loud sigh. I'm not sure what happened to this lady today, but I didn't do it. She shouldn't take it out on me.
