Food is always great. Some of the BK food at times can not be fresh. I stop at this location Crofton after I play softball. Everytime I get fresh food and it taste great. Most of the time there is not a wait but there was a long wait the last time I went but I didn't care because the food was very good. I got the original chicken sandwich with chicken fries and a drink. Everything was excellent.

Food was hot and fresh but second time and second location that tried to forever sleep me with salt , who puts a ton of salt on onion rings and fries and everything you order I'll never know but whoever you are I know your suffering from high Blood pressure 🤷♂️😎

Their sandwiches suck. There put the bare minimum on sandwiches ie lettuce, tomatoes onions. Even if you order extra. Terrible shaking My Head. Shame on them

I had to sit in my car and wait. Almost ten minutes for the breakfast sandwich to cool down. They must have microwave. That thing, 3 or 4 minutes.. horrible sandwich

If you want BK in crofton go to the one at Waugh Chapel the staff there is amazing, here the food is usually cold just like the staff you walk in to pick up your order they don't speak if they even look at you cause I guess they think people show up just to stand in there lobby how corporate hasn't replaced everyone that works here is beyond me the only way they make money is people don't know any better or like me you hope different times of the day means better staff nope there mad to be there and don't care, wasted my points to get 2 cold double cheeseburgers with patties that were clearly cooked hrs ago I'd hate to find out what a whopper is like that uses lettuce, tomatoes and onions probably food poisoning I'll never understand why the 18 to 20 something in crofton think there better than the place they work to do a good job then work some where else since you think you to good to get people's food right it really unbelievable how bad most food service is in crofton especially if it's american youth.

Very inconsistent in food and service quality. Sometimes staff is lovely and drive thru us quick, but many times it takes over 20 minutes for 2 cars to be served when picking up an online order. Many times I've received the wrong order or had multiple items missing.
