I was excited to go here after looking up the place on the internet and reviewing the photos. I should have looked at the reviews and I would have been informed of the slow service, mediocre bar food that came out luke warm, over charging, and the lack of customer service when it comes to providing a great experience to your paying patrons bringing in large parties. Although I spoke with staff and the owner (light skinned African American female and another brown skinned African American female) about my concerns I didn't get the feeling, response nor mutual concern that my voiced concerns ment anything because it was their business. As I'm not one to cause a scene I found myself apologizing to the owner as this is her establishment.
Just note that I was also charged 2 times on my credit card a $5 charge and a $58 charge. The $58 charge was for my food and drinks to which I asked for a printed receipt and never got. The other charge of $5 that I asked about I was told that it was for a hold to insure that customers have money on their card for their bill. When I asked why it wasn't subtracted from my final bill I was told I would be refunded in 2-3 business days. I've never experienced this before at a restaurant or bar. I asked others in the group had they experienced this same charge a few did and others did not so review your bill carefully. Although it was crowded (football Sunday) with mostly locals I dont think myself or anyone that came out will return. My Americans can be spent else we're.

Its a pool hall, and not a 5 star restaurant, but it's still a vibe. Wings are great, drinks aren't watery, and the atmosphere is chill.

This is the best place to play billiard in Annapolis area. They have plenty of tables and it is a nice and friendly environment.

Love center pocket. I started coming here to hang out play some pool. I ended up working here. Fun atmosphere. Always good vibes. Food is great. Hand crafted burgers, 15 flavors for wings, fresh fries never frozen. Come check them out. 24.pool tables.

Everyone there is so nice and I mean the staff and the customers EVERYONE!!! The drinks aren't weak at all just brace yourself. The wings and onion rings are good I would recommend. Our group wants to come back at least once a month if our schedules meet up, just know we will be back.

I go to Center Pocket and play pool every couple weeks with friends. The wait staff is super friendly. You can't beat their prices. $15 pool table, play as long as you want, bucket of beer for $15. Their tables are in fantastic shape. Love the place!

I believe the young man that helped was Brandon, but if not I Apologize for messing his name up! We had a great time! We were there with a group in the party area & Brandon constantly made sure we were good with everything. Atmosphere was great, pool tables & sticks were all in good condition, party area was clean & the ping pong table was also in great shape as well.

First time visiting this place! We were excited to support a black owned business! Eight of us met and here is my honest review! The place was half full and we had a nice table near the bar. We ordered food and drinks. The food was really not good at all! Sub par bar food which was fried too hard! I had cauliflower bites which did not look like cauliflower. They were were heavily breaded. I believe it was frozen and not fresh. The jalapeño cheddar bites were awful. The tiny jalapeno fell out immediately. The bathrooms were very dirty and the toilets were stuffed with toilet paper! This is what sealed it for me to never return to this establishment. I spilled my drink (which I only had two sips). By the way it was also the wrong drink too! So as I explained to the waitress this is not what we ordered (we all ordered the same drink) and i spilled my drink by accident (while the waitress was standing there). The waitress offered to bring me another drink but was told by the owner (female) that my drink could not be replaced. I would have to purchase another one!! Where have you ever heard an establishment tell you they will not replace your spilled drink unless the staff spilled it!! What? I listened to my friends discuss with the owner who consistently stood her ground with a resounding no!! At that point there was no need to continue the discussion. Bad business, bad service from the owner! She said she is a small business and she couldn’t replace every drink that was spilled! Ok I get that from a business point but from a customer’s perspective with the money we spent last night one drink would not have hurt the business! But I tell you what will, her unprofessionslism and her willingness not to be flexible! Sis you loss more than you know. I love supporting black businesses but unfortunately people like her make it difficult to support difficult people in business. I hope she takes some leadership and customer service training courses to improve her business! I learned from the best Ritz Carlton and Disney. Your customer service skills were horrible and so disappointing!! Clean your bathrooms and stop being so damn stingy! Close hands and greediness is the quickest way for a business to close. I really wish I worked for the health department bc I would have shut that business down yesterday!! Your customers deserve better and should demand it! For us we will never step foot in that establishment again! Oh and neither will our friends!!! Awful!! One star rating!!! I wish it had been a better experience. What management should have done was just make it right! For $10 you loss a lot more!!! I hope you do better for your business and your people!!! ✌️

Don’t spill your drink. Owner says policy is you spill you pay no exceptions. Party of 8 food and drinks for 3+ hours. Drink knocked over while talking. Owner argued us down and was firm to not replace our drink. Owner said we can’t afford it. With that customer service you never will

We must protect this GEM at all costs! Went here to hang out on a Wednesday night after seeing it on Tik Tok. I was very impressed with the menu! It had both gluten free and vegan options. My friends and I all enjoyed our food. Will for sure be going back soon. There were plenty of pool tables available.
