the customer service from the employees was outstanding, the food. The food tasted Great. However the place wasn't clean. This is a place servicing food, the AC was off, the fan was on, flies all over the restaurant kitchen, the floor needs mopping. Please clean up all day while you're open for business

This establishment has gone drastically downhill the last several visits. They have either gotten my order wrong or they short changed me. It appears they had a drastic turnover. It is awful. I’ve been going there forever. Today was the last straw. I’m done with that location

Online order waited at the order window for 15 minutes with 2 other people employees never came to check in people in line.
They hold my credit card over 30 minutes and ask them to have receipt with card back. Manager complained back to me, I have to wait till she gives my receipt and card. Furthermore, she reject to provide food even though I paid full monies to Checkers. As a result, I had to call police and the police came, then she gave me food. It was horrible experience I had on that night. Watch out these guys and be careful.

This visit was a perfect example of how important it is to hire the correct staff, pay them well, and provide proper training.Horrible experience to say the least and never have I ever had such bad food at Checkers.Ordered apple pies.Staff was so lazy that they served old and cold pies.The person that accompanied me ordered ice cream and it was a poor and pathetic excuse of a cone.Looked nothing like the photo.To top everything off, the staff had poor attitude.If you do NOT want to be there, don't be there.If you are, do your job well.Is it too much to ask for a smile and gratitude for our patronage?Save yourself the trouble.GO somewhere ELSE!!!McDonald's, Roy Roger's, and Wendy's are less than 1 mile away.
