Women just watches me stand at the window for 10 minutes and so do all 2 other employees. The place was absolutely barren! I was the only customer with maybe 1-2 drive thru orders but my food was already ready and waiting. They refused to open the window so I did and they gave me a glare like what are you doing. No what are you doing! The foods right there and you’re purposefully ignoring the customer! Terrible experience I wish no one else would have to go through.

This is the second time I got nasty old wings here. I know now if they are ready when I get to the window they will be bad. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get my money back the first time. This time I’m just taking the loss. I used to come here a lot when my kids were young. It’s gone down hill.

I had a very upsetting experience at this location. I was ignored for 20 minutes by a staff member who made eye contact with me multiple times and still chose not to acknowledge me. During that time, I could also hear her muttering curse words under her breath about me. She even looked at me when she had said a curse word. Mind you I was there before any cars were there and I have worked in fast food places so I am very patient but she acted like I wasn’t there and continued to say disgusting things.
When she finally opened the service window, I politely asked why I was being ignored and why she was cursing. She then said that she didn’t and had attitude towards me while being even more aggressive at this point . I then asked for the corporate number. She responded by saying she didn’t know it, and then slammed the window in my face.
No customer should ever be treated this way. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I hope management takes immediate action to address it.

I always forget that we have a Checkers nearby. Should really come here more often because their burgers are really tasty and much better than similarly priced fast food joints.

When i got my drink, the lady at the window handed me a cup of straws to pick from that weren't already inside a paper seal. That seemed unsanitary 🤨 not sure who they hired but they need to train them on proper food safety

Low quality service. Went here and the lady with red braids, not sure if she is the manager, but wouldn't fill my slurpee cup to the top. She said they couldn't fill it past some line on the cup. I feel like that's a waste of money. Also their intercom box is busted and I can hardly understand what they are saying. It used to be a nice place to grab a quick bite but service sucks here.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with small fries and a small drink. Should've been like $8. Then when I pulled up to the window they handed me a bag that only had mozzarella sticks that I didn't order in it. Then I corrected them and they took it back and gave me my sandwich and fries. When I asked about my drink they said I never ordered a meal or a drink, which I definitely did. So they charged me for the drink separately. Except the original amount they charged me was the total price of the meal, I did not get a receipt for this. So I had to pay $2.85 for my drink for no reason. Not a huge hit but the service was very combative.

I hate to leave feedback like this I have a a lot of people that read my reviews but I was very disappointed with this checkers and I love checkers ,but this one made me dislike it a little the food was cold my sandwich didn't have all the toppings who eat a cheeseburger with no cheese its called a cheeseburger for a reason then my sons apple pie wasn't in the bag so I had to hear his mouf all the way home and I live in Dc smh I wasn't driving back so I took that L but i will say the lady in the drive thru even though didn't have all my food and it was cold she did have good customer service so ill give 5 star for her .. but everything else is a NO GO

The staff seem to have a knack of screwing up my orders. Just today I ordered two deep sea double sandwiches and a medium fries, the person on the comm said okay and asked me if I was interested in getting an apple pie for 99c, I said no thanks. Then when I picked up the order in the next window, the fries were missing and when I talked to the lady in person, she said she only heard I say the sandwiches and told me to have a nice day. My advice, always ask them to repeat your orders.
