Worse Management. I’ve ever seen run a pizza spot ! The General Manager is disrespectful rude to customers and to employees. I’ve personally watch him pick up food that neede be throw away instead He throw back it into containers and the service customers that food!

Unless you enjoy having your order wrong, go elsewhere. They don't answer their phone, and Dominos as a corporation has made getting refunds as difficult as humanly possible by design. Predatory, overpriced, trash. Go to Vocellis up the road and get quality and customer service.

THE WORST STORE EVER!!! IM NEW TO THE AREA AND THERE WAS A MISTYPE IN THE ADDRESS!! I CALLED THE STORE AS SOON AS I SAW DELIVERY DRIVER. MANAGER TOLD ME THAT HIS DRIVER DELIVERED THE PIZZA TO THE NEIGHBORS AND ADVISED ME TO GO NEXT DOOR AND ASK FOR MY FOOD. IT WAS THE MOST UNSANITARY ADVICE EVER. HE ALSO ADVISED ME HE WASNT REMAKING THE PIZZA, GIVING A REFUND AND BASICALLY TO CHALK IT UP!!! I’ll NEVER EAT FROM THIS STORE AGAIN.

I'm a little late with this review. Me and three and my buddies came in late on a Thursday night. There was one man working there, I'm sure he was the manager. Despite being very busy and the phones ringing off the, he took care of us quickly and provided us with the new pepperoni stuffed Chessy Bread. It was made to precision. Thank you Sir! Rock.

Trash, this dominos specifically is always dirty and the parking lot always has dominos litter. Their employees should do a better job of presenting a franchise.

More than 10 minutes late with guaranteed "on time" pizza, which was a curbside pickup. Was not offered any kind of compensation for the late pizza.

Had a problem with my order had to drive 20mins back to the store after calling several times and getting hung up on and ignored. When i walked in i stood there for quit some time and was ignored! Finally i had to speak up and ask for a manager. To fix my order she remade it and told me she would give me a $15 credit to my account that i could use at any location. Finally decided to use it tonight and it was no where to be found on my account. So i find there greeting as you can picture “ i took for proof incase something like this happened “ to be a joke! This location needs to be closed or get better staff ASAP! This not the first time i have experienced rude customer service for them.

Order 4 sandwiches and loaded tater tot and stuffed cheese peperoni bread.Pick up and opened the boxes - The load tater tot and stuffed cheese peperoni bread was BLACK! Yes BLACK! I called and politely asked for a Manager , explained and asked for a refund of only the 2 items & said a driver can come pick up the food. He said he was unable to Credit a "partial ", I said OK - Credit the entire order then under good customer service ....but I was Only looking for a partial credit. He state "I cannot do that. My reply-I will contact the Chicago New stations and he hung up, My wife and I took the BLACK food back to Dominios - Spoke with the so called indignent manager - who said I shouted at him on the phone( I did not) and there is nothing he could do! He walked away. Do NOT order Anything from here!!! I have NEVER in my life been subjected to such poor customer service and discrimination in my life. I have come to this Dominos many times since moving to the area. I called the store at 6:45pm to place a Carryout order for 1 Lg Pepperoni pizza, cheesy Marinara and parm Twists, Stuffed Pepperoni and 8 piece Garlic Parm Wings ($34.62). I picked up my food around 7:05 and paid with my bank card. The employee at the register gave me my food (without opening the boxes to confirm everything was correct or complete) and I left. Upon arriving home, I realized that I was not given my wings and my pizza did not have cheese on it. I immediately called the store at 7:21 and spoke to the employee who checked me out. I explained my issue and he asked me for my order number, which was not on the box. I checked my car while he waited, but I could not find the receipt. His voice sounded familiar, so I described that he rang my order 15 mins prior, but I could not find my receipt. He said unfortunately there was nothing he could do without the order number. I asked if I could come back bc my order was wrong and he said, "I am 16 yr old, I make minimum wage, what do you want me to do?" and then hung up.I drove back to the Crofton location, with the food untouched and walked back into the store. The employee that rang me up began laughing immediately I entered the store, so I asked to speak to the manager. He asked for my receipt again, and I said I could not locate it and he said there was nothing he could do without an order number. I asked to speak to the manager again, who was present making a pizza, but the employee said he was busy. The manager states, "I am busy," but walks over. He says, I heard everything and my employee is right, we need your order number to help you. At this point I am visibly upset and I say "ma'am can you pull up my card info," but IMMEDIATELY correct myself and apologize and say "sir." The Store Manager replies, "did you just call me ma'am, I don't have to talk to you and I have the right to punch out." He takes off his apron and walks away in the middle of our conversation.I am in absolutely disbelief by this behavior from a Store Manager, who is supposed to be taking corrective measures to fix the situation; however, finds it comical that I am visibly furious. After repeatedly asking for my order to be pulled and fixed, he asks me to leave or he will call the police for trespassing. All the while, he is making very sly, discriminatory comments, such as "you people want free pizza" "I've dealt with people like you multiple times," etc. I ask him to clarify what "you people" means. As an educated woman of color, I know my rights and I have paid for a service that was not filled in its entirety. Because of the social climate I also call the police to verify and have on record that I also made a complaint. While we are waiting for the police to arrive, I glance at the cash register (where I was initially rang up) and see a receipt on the counter. I pick it up and I see my name and my order!!! THE EMPLOYEE NEVER HANDED ME MY RECEIPT! I bring this to his attention and he tells me I must've came back into the store with the receipt. I have never been so insulted and disrespected in my life. I am yelling in frustration at the complete disregard for my time, character and insinuation that I went through all of this for free pizza. The Store Manager tells me I am not welcome back and I happily oblige, but my order needs to be corrected. Three police arrive on the scene and ask me to step out. I explain how I placed the order, why I was back and why they were called. The officers then speak to the Store Manager. While I am waiting, they open all of the contents of my order (which I never touched or ate) likely for verification purposes. At this point, I ask for my food to be remade because it has been opened and breathed on, its incorrect, and its cold. The Store Manager reported that he had the right to refuse and

They didn’t deliver everything we ordered and would not refund me for the missing items, this is the last of many terrible experiences with this company, never coming here or any dominos ever again.

I saw the 50% off promotion online, so I did what I hadn't done in years: order Dominos. Now I remember why.I placed my order online 1.5 hours before closing time. The order was confirmed by text, then inexplicably canceled. "Your order was canceled". I tried calling the store, only to get a fake AI voice: "Hi, I'm X, your order was canceled. How can I help you?" I tried to contact some human being at the store, but nobody picked up the phone. The on-call experience is terrible...pre-recorded talk talk talk talk talk. I called three times and waited half an hour without being able to connect to a human to find out why my order was canceled.Evidently, this store and/or management does not care about customer service whatsoever. I recommend ordering from one of their competitors...any of them...which, in 10 years living in this area, have never canceled my order without warning.

Let's be honest. Even when you're a bit drunk. And definitely hungry. And carryout is only $7.99. Domino's pizza is still complete garbage. 2/10. ?.
