I ordered multiple items via drive through with mobile order. The signature latte with whipped cream I ordered didn’t even come with whipped cream. I was on a hurry to get home and when I got home, I realized that they did not give me the right order. This is disappointing! I paid almost $5 for a small cup of hot chocolate. The owner of this branch must review their employees’ performance and how they fulfill orders. They are going to lose customers if they keep going like this.

Me, along with several other customers in this location saw another worker on the Table behind the work counter, clipping his toenails, and you could see the toenails flying everywhere. The Franchisee owner should really be contacted about this. This is not a joke.

I pulled up this morning the man cashier had an attitude already! He should not be working morning with that type of energy. I got a bagel breakfast sandwich and it was rushed and done in 3 seconds! It came out horrible I came back for a refund and he got the manager and he was upset because I wanted a refund! The other cashier was speaking with another woman Spanish co worker in another language about me and what happen with my meal in which I did not appreciate! So rude . I’m so upset my experience here this morning was this. Very disappointed . Please hire people who want to work morning shifts.

Stay away from this Dunkin’, consistently having issues with the food and drinks being wrong or bad, also very dirty inside!

🤢 I just saw the video of a worker behind the counter sitting on a prep table, but in sight of customers, just clipping his toe nails... And straight-face admitted it when asked if that's what he was doing, and didn't stop. I'll go out of my way to another Dunkin instead of going here in the future. What happened to "under new management"?

An employee openly clipped his toe nails while sitting on the counterpart - all while his coworkers walked by, COMPLETELY INGORING IT. Absolutely disgusting. I will never visit this location again.

The staff cannot count to 3.
I ordered 3 donuts. They did not have two of them, so they apparently decided to just give me one donut that I had specifically said I didn't want.
So I paid for three donuts, got two, and one was one a specifically said I didn't want.

Got 6 crullers. DD crullers are my absolute favorite, but not these 6. They were solid lead weights. No air in them at all. Terrible

I rarely have a good experience here. On 2 occasions I ordered the caramel craze iced coffee and they forgot the caramel both times. Today we ordered donuts through the drive through and when we opened the box 2 were wrong so I went in and the man took the 2 wrong ones out the box and placed them right back on the shelf and gave me the correct ones. This is so unsanitary, how does he know we didn’t touch them or do anything to them (not that we did).

This Dunkin Donuts location and one of the clean ones I've visited in a while so I felt comfortable going inside to order two dozen doughnuts. However, because I am sensitive to germs and cleanliness, I watched the customer service representatives closely. The gentleman who assisted me touched everything from his nose, to fixing his glasses to the register with his gloves and then also touched the doughnuts being served to people. There were some doughnuts sitting on the counter and the rep placed the box that would contain my dozen on top of the doughnuts. The location is clean but I'm not sure the reps take into consideration how germs are being transferred as they serve their customers. I will say that when I asked the rep to change his gloves, he did. I am grateful for that.
Flies are everywhere even on the donuts.

When we went through the drive thru the guy working rushed us thru our order and then when I got my peach sparked energy it was not mixed at all then when I asked if he could mix it he just said yeah look and shook the drink then gave us an attitude when we asked for straws

They lied to me and tried to rip me off! Tried to sell me Hashbrowns with only half the amount they were supposed to have in an order! I saw a picture outside the Dunkin Donuts that showed Hashbrowns for 99 cents. So I went in the drive through to get 3 orders. I asked the guy how many Hashbrowns are in each order. He said 2. When I looked at him funny, he changed it to 3. When I asked if they were small or big, demonstrating size with my fingers. He didn’t want to answer, but finally reluctantly said small. I refused to order and left. I looked online to see how many Hashbrowns come in an order. Online, it said 6 come in an order and there were 6 in the advertisement picture also. The guy freakin’ lied to me and tried to rip me off! This Dunkin Donuts has lost my business. I can’t trust them! They are always lazy and locking the doors at odd times anyways.
