First time ordering from here and the food was good. We ordered classic fried rice with shrimp, young chow fried rice with shrimp, spring rolls and Philly egg rolls; totaling $35. First time ordering, got delivery. They really paid special attention to the delivery and container to insure the crispy beef wasn’t steamed and stayed fresh. Unfortunately, I didn’t know that their crispy beef meant that they used sugar to make the coating crispy and that was a huge turn-off for me. I prefer not to eat a lot of sugar with my proteins. I get a pleasant man who apologizes profusely for the apparent mixup with my order. Refunds me half the order, makes me a fresh order and has it delivered in under 20mins. While originally a little disappointed; the customer service and the delivered food being hot and delicious has more than made up for the slight inconvenience...
