I am so impressed by the continuous work ethic that I’ve seen continuously through delivering orders from the store, the workers are very kind, very respectful and very professional.
I’ve had many interactions with many different staff, and although every personality varies, one thing I can always say is that they treat that customers with respect and they do their job correctly.
This is definitely appreciated when we are working as delivery drivers on a very timely manner and need things to be sped up and quick as our job also relies on the speed we’re working.
I don’t feel like this is talked about enough and I’m very grateful to have interacted with each and every one of them.
I’ll update you all if I feel like I’m gonna go off one of these days on them if they change up.

Please don't eat here. They serve you food that's been sitting out all day. It's dry and hard. The chow Mein today at 12:30 pm tasted like it was made yesterday. It was dry or undercooked. This isn't my first experience with poor quality of food at this location.
It seems that the owner is pressuring the work ers to serve as much old food as possible to save money. They are about to save money right out of business.

Good costumer service but the food it’s just no good anymore it’s been my favorite place to eat but they apparently change the recipe of the chicken teriyaki it’s dry and chewy the is no flavor at all something for the Kung Pao chicken just bad the porción smaller come on guys !!!

As a fast food restaurant my family and I have always been a fan of Panda but the past few years it has not been good. The chow mein is always dry and the chicken is mainly fat. The best location I have eaten yet where the food has been very good is the White Marsh, MD location.

Apparently including sweet and sour packets is too big a lift for these top notch employees, even when asked directly they refused despite them being on the order. Multiple times now.

I got food poisoning after eating from here. I got honey sesame chicken with fried rice. The beans smell like they went bad. I thought it was just my nose but no after i ate couple pieces of the honey sesame Chicken and green beans i threw up. Been throwing up ever since and have diarrhea. Very bad case of food poisoning. And its still going on even after 24 hours. Iwill be complaining to the health department.

Ordered delivery paid over 9$ for 12 Rangoon’s I only received 3 out of 12 and was only offered a 3$ refund when I got less then half of what was supposed to be delivered

I came to eat tasting panda wait it til 10:20 to give it time because I know they open at 10 come to the door they locked look inside saw food prepared and looking good just to be told they not open…. Smh and I was hungry and now I’m disappointed and hangry smh
