we used to goto panda a lot but the service here is AWFUL. it’s never been great but today some girl had quite an attitude and then lied to our face saying we couldn’t sample the item we waited 15 minutes to taste (they were cooking a new batch). she was ignorant enough to look around for the toothpick before saying that. so we just left. we will honestly never come back because the jamaican place next door is SO good & their customer service is incredible! just go there instead!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Crofton location yesterday. I arrived around 10:00 a.m., which is listed as the opening time, but the door was locked until 11:00 a.m. No one responded from inside during that entire hour.

When I was finally able to enter, the food wasn’t hot, and after waiting so long without breakfast, I actually felt faint from low blood sugar.

This was really concerning and not what I expected. I hope the management reviews this issue and ensures better service and communication in the future.

Orange chicken, chicken with beans, crispy beef and beef and broccoli are always fresh and hot. Not too salty. Perfect place for a quick Chinese dinner. Service is always friendly. Definitely a go to for quick dinner.

As much as I genuinely love Panda Express, almost every time we come to eat and we eat inside, somethings wrong.

Today was just one of those days. I went in and we picked up our food (we had put in a mobile order) and when I went to sit down and eat, I opened my box to honey sesame chicken; which I do love but with being gestational diabetic, I can’t have it right now and had chosen something else.
I went up to the counter and asked about getting my proper order and the manager said he’ll get me a side of the string bean chicken which is what I ordered. I stared at him for a minute and he said he’ll “let me know when it’s ready” so I walked away and sat down to eat my food.

I ate most of my food, and while staring at everyone waiting for someone to call me back up because they were doing a bunch of mobile orders and drive thru orders; no one was getting this small side. We had waited about 20 minutes for it, and when we were about to leave I finally went up to ask about it
The same guy looked at me and smiled and said “oh I forgot to give you it!”

I understand forgetting, but there was no apology, there was no nothing. Usually when you mess an order up, the order should be getting fixed immediately rather than being told to wait till you’re finished with your rush.

I had originally thought they were making a new batch of it, but nope. I got what was sitting in the pan, as if that couldn’t have been done 20 minutes prior when I had first asked.

If I can do 0 stars I would. They are supposed to be open at 10:30 but I come at 10:50 and the guy told me to wait and 11:07 I say hello and get ignored. Second time this Happens in this location. They don’t even have the food out inside. Smh highly don’t recommend this location.

Don't go here when it's not busy because the food will be stale and old. Luckily I got the shrimp and pecans right when they were put on display. But my chow mein was stale. The customer service was alright but the girl used my points to give me a drink when I asked her to make sure not to use my points.

I am so impressed by the continuous work ethic that I’ve seen continuously through delivering orders from the store, the workers are very kind, very respectful and very professional.

I’ve had many interactions with many different staff, and although every personality varies, one thing I can always say is that they treat that customers with respect and they do their job correctly.

This is definitely appreciated when we are working as delivery drivers on a very timely manner and need things to be sped up and quick as our job also relies on the speed we’re working.

I don’t feel like this is talked about enough and I’m very grateful to have interacted with each and every one of them.

I’ll update you all if I feel like I’m gonna go off one of these days on them if they change up.
