It’s like they’re rationing food at this location. The three times I’ve tried this location since they’ve opened the food is never fresh. It’s cold, hard and dry. Just skip this location.

The "manager" reni literally put his hands up and yelled at me when I brought something to his attention about the food. Extremely aggressive. I asked why he yelled at me and he started laughing and speaking a foreign language. The associate that was standing near him apologized for his behavior and I then walked out. I will be calling corporate. If he dislikes his job so much, why apply?? Unacceptable behavior. I will never return. Clean house & start with him. The bad reviews speak for itself.

The food has consistently been great, but it sometimes seems like they're understaffed for the amount of volume they get. I've tried to mobile order through DoorDash twice and gotten a "This location is busy" message with refusal of my order. I went inside about a month or two ago and there was nobody available to serve me in person because the person who would normally do it happened to still be on their break. Also it wasn't communicated in their hours that they would be closing early on July 4th when I went that day, I showed up to the store and saw a bunch of people still visibly in it and working but the drivethrough wasn't taking orders and the door was locked, pretty frustrating.

Had to wait about 20mins before anyone helped us and before the line moved. When the manager finally helped it was no time before we had our food and was sitting down eating.

This was not a good experience! Chicken pieces were too large. White rice was cold. No teriyaki sauce on chicken or rice . However they did give me several packets of sauce to add. Still all and all no taste and definitely not worth the money. Airport stores are 100% better than than this location on route 3.

Food was terrible. Not hot. Was supposed to be teriyaki chicken with white rice. Not cooked in sauce but they did give me some packets of sauce. you had to tear the chicken apart the pieces we too large to eat. All in all a pretty bad meal. Route 3 Panda Express not a good idea!!

I was highly surprised my dish was steaming hot and the shrimp were still crispy although they weren't busy at all. I love my super greens and I always order that but the last two times it hasn't tasted the same. The first time I noticed it was at a different location and now again from this location. I was surprised to see they didn't offer the fresh juices like the location I normally visit. Although they did have strawberry Fanta and that was interesting. So much so I almost ordered it.I wish I could say the food was consistent and in a way it was because like I mentioned earlier, the super greens tasted bland here just like they did at the other location I visited most recently.

I consider this Panda Express to be just "okay". I actually like the food, but there have been some misses. The egg rolls are great when they're not burnt to a crisp. I enjoy the rangoons. I find the fried rice to be quite bland, but there are several sauce packets to choose from to doctor it up. My favorite is the orange chicken. The portions I've received are pretty decent as well. It is a bit pricey, but the rewards on the app (free items) can help keep costs down a bit.I do agree with other reviewers that this location is super slow when it comes to receiving food. I make my orders through the app (love those rewards!) and once the order goes through, you receive an "order ready" time. I almost always have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes after the quoted time. Sometimes I've gone in to pick up my order at the time it's supposed to be ready and they haven't even started to put it to together. I want to note that the staff is very friendly, whether I'm in store or the drive thru.

It's shopping mall Chinese food. Service was fast and they give a good sized portion. Unfortunately, it's not very good.
