I recently visited your Woodmore location for the first time, and I want to share some feedback about my experience.
Unfortunately, my visit did not meet expectations. While I was looking forward to trying Roaming Rooster for the first time, the service left much to be desired. I mistakenly thought my number had been called — I was number 17, and number 16 had just been announced. I approached the counter believing my order was next, only to be met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff.
A staff member (who I was told may have been the shift leader — she wore braids and glasses) loudly told me, “Your number is at the top of the receipt,” in a tone that felt unnecessarily condescending. Additionally, the environment was loud due to the volume of the music, which made it more difficult to clearly hear order numbers being called.
To make matters worse, I was not given a proper receipt because the machine ran out of paper, and no one offered to reprint it. This added to the confusion when trying to verify my order.
As someone who values good food and good service equally, I found this experience disappointing. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to help improve customer service and training at this location. First impressions matter, and I genuinely hope future visits to your establishment reflect the positive reputation Roaming Rooster is known for.

Excellent food. Very fresh and tasteful. Outlr group had a variety of items including milkshakes. Very reasonable prices, quick service and fresh, hot food. Highly recommend.

Ate here for the first time a couple of nights ago and it was delicious! The buffalo chicken sandwich with blue cheese was so good! The fries are the best! The kids loved their honey butter chicken sandwich and chicken tenders as well!!! Definitely will be going there again...a new fave of fast food restaurants!

Roaming Rooster in Crofton is a hidden gem. You absolutely have to know it's there. You can't see any signage from U.S. 301. If you love fried chicken sandwiches and boardwalk-style fries, you need to make the effort to find this shop. You can thank me later.
It's located on the backside of Dollar Tree in Crofton Center Shopping Center.
It's tiny. It reminds me of one of the delightful carryout in the working class neighborhoods in Baltimore. There's a tiny, ledge-of -a-counter with four barstools on the inside of the shop. Outside, there's a couple of poolside type tables, with the umbrellas mounted in the middle.

To me, this place is the 5 guys of chicken. A much better quality of fast food. The fries are almost the same. The chicken sandwiches are on point; crispy, juicy and flavorful. The place is too small to eat at in my opinion, it’s better for take out. Parking is very limited.

Ate here today for the first time. Outstanding sandwich, got the honey butter, cheddar cheese, chicken sandwich. Chicken breading delicious, loved the two thin pieces of chicken breast instead of one fat breast. And chicken was very tender. I will return soon. YUMMY!!
In a area with tons of fried chicken options this one surpasses all of them. Their chicken is tender and flavorful. Their portions are generous and in a world of special sauces their food is so perfectly spiced you won't need to add a damn thing. Their wide options of heat really allow you to please everyone from toddler to spice demons with red hair (my wife)

Just tried this place for the first time. The girl at the counter was really friendly and sweet, the food was terrible. The fries were soggy, the chicken was soggy, and the cookies were.. inedible. Sucks, looked like it would be good. Attached pictures of cookies on website vs cookies I got in my order.

Parking: There aren't a lot of parking spots, so it can get a little tricky to find a spot sometimes.
