I ordered the chicken Marsala takeout for dinner. The portion size was good, but the food was almost inedible. The chicken was barely cooked and completely flavorless, basically just an unseasoned chicken breast. The noodles and sauce were watery and also lacked flavor. Really disappointed to have spent nearly $20 on a meal that ended up going uneaten.

They forgot part of my order, said they couldn't deliver it when I called back, and then didn't make me a fresh calzone when I came back to pick it up. The Meat Calzone is usually great, but was awful this time. The Ravioli Parma was also awful. A ton of cheese and flooded with oil.
Terrible customer service and not the first, or second, time they have forgotten parts of our order.
