This is the best cookie place in all of the Mid-Atlantic region. We have been buying AJ's macaroons for about a year now and they literally melt in your mouth. They are close to having a religious experience. And I am not usually a person who cares for sweets. You have to try it out. You will not be disappointed. I have eaten the same cookies in the finest restaurants and these blow them all away. Do yourself a favor and stop here to buy some!

We go to AJ's regularly for her cookies. They're creative and delicious, often like artwork; simply wonderful. And on today's visit we got an unexpected surprise. Ashley is now making pumpkin pies. Away we went with one and were no more than a half hour inside our home before we cut a slice. My wife and I have tried a lot of pumpkin pies but nothing as good as this one. The filling is a perfect balance of the spices and the pumpkin. But what is a real treat is the deliciously flakey crust. Folks, make your way to AJ's and treat yourself to what will most likely be the best pumpkin pie that you've ever had.
All of the macaroon flavors and different cookie creations I have had from AJ’s have been fantastic. When Ashley said that she was thinking about doing pies around the holidays, I knew I had to try one. Well I did, and you need to. I am a novice pie baker myself, and know a couple things about a good crust. I can not pin down what it is that makes AJ’s pumpkin pie crust so different from others I have had, but it’s amazing. It melds and flows into the pumpkin pie filling so well and it almost reminds me of a cookie….but its most certainly one of the best pumpkin pies I’ve ever had.
Kid-friendliness: Ashley is always super nice to my kids and they are always very excited to go to “the cookie place”

I have enjoyed all of AJ’s offerings. Today l discovered a new item which is the pumpkin pie. My family LOVES pumpkin pie but are very selective and picky with spices and crust. I served this to them and they raved and raved! I have to agree with them. The spices are subtle and not over powering. Every bite was delicious! I think my favorite thing about it (though it is hard to pick just one favorite thing) is the crust. I have never had a crust like this one. I struggle to describe it but encourage you to try it for yourself. You will be blown away by the deliciousness and flakiness of it. This item will most definitely be added to my purchases at AJ’s! If you love pumpkin pie you MUST try this for yourself!

I ordered several flavors of macarons for my daughters bridal shower. The honey lavender, salted caramel, creme brulee, blueberries and cream, Ispahan and pistachio flavors were outstanding. The customer service was excellent. I will be ordering again!!
