Ordered the ribs. They were overcooked, dry, and very hard to pull apart. My server was not good at all. She only stopped by the table once. Had to be reminded about our drinks. Messed the appetizers. Not a good experience at all.

My visit consisted of sitting at the bar and ordering because I was by myself. My server was the bartender and she was quite busy but she did take care of me and got my order in very quickly. The food was good and the eating and utensils were clean.

Just had a birthday dinner for my husband at Lavale Applebee's and it was awesome. Food is always great, but our waitress Sabrina was amazing. Very attentive and quick to bring our food and drinks. It was crowded, but she didn't let it show. I hope she enjoyed her tip, she more than earned it.

Was there last night 3/10/24, chicken came out cold, for both parties, mashed potatoes were warm but not hot, broccoli was cold, waited to tell waitress that food was cold for 15 minutes never saw her, she finally came around after we decided to start eating cause there was no point in waiting any longer. Waiting with cold food and empty drinks for 15+ minutes. The place was not busy at all.

The sweet iced tea was good. The food was awful here. We ordered Pub Pretzels, Cheese bites, Bourbon Street Steak and Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. The women's restroom was not clean, and only 1 working toilet.

Came in to eat alittle over an hour before close. There was bad weather sure, but you could tell all the staff just wanted to go home. And it made me want to go home too. Bourbon chicken and shrimp was sad and dry. Service was very meh. To the waitresses defense she offered to have them make me a new chicken and shrimp, but I couldn't be paid to stay there any longer.

Came in this evening for a nice dinner. Granted things were a little crazy because of Valentine's, but that is no excuse for what I saw.This poor girl had a table of people who were just horrible people. She was doing her best to please them and it just wasn't enough for them.These people treated this girl so so badly it was sickening. I don't care how much money someone is spending, that doesn't give anyone the right to make a scene and publicly humiliate their server.The server should of had far more support than she did.To the people at that table... How dare you and shame on you..To management... Do better to support your staff.To that server.. You are beautiful, you are strong, and you are enough. Don't let any customer make you feel less than!
I feel robbed. Service was decent. The food is nowhere near what it used to be, and Im not talking about "back in the day." I mean, since just a few months ago. My husband and I always got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It was our favorite. Now, the portion size is LESS than half of what it was. You used to be served, what I thought was 2 chicken breasts and the rest of the plate was mashed potatoes. We received one very small chicken breast and what looked like 2 large dollops of potatoes. There was literally a 4 inch gap between the chicken breast and potatoes on the small sizzle skillet. What used to be our favorite was sorely disappointing. We did not complain since hopefully this is something passed down from corporate and not from the discretion of their manager. The overall quality also was not up to par. Realistically, you get what might add up to $5 of food on your plate and you pay $82 for 3 people (we all got the same thing) Save your money and go else where or make a good homecooked meal.UPDATE: A gentleman whom I believe was the district manager corrected me to say that it was never 2 breasts, which was my mistake. However, I know the portion was much smaller than usual. He is sending out a gift card to make things right even though we weren't really interested in revisiting. I appreciate them reaching out, though, and hope the next experience is better.

Too many people take young children out to restaurants and you can tell it's during their nap time! The parents don't even try to control their children and often leave a mess under the table when they leave!

I had asked the guy for a table with chairs not in the air. There were 6 of us. The guy wanted to sit us at chairs in the air. I said I couldn't do them. He then put us at a table in the from near the doors. It was freezing temperatures then. I didn't realize it was gonna be so cold. There were other seats he could have given us. If I ever come again, I will insist on another table.I wish U would bring back your cabbage with bacon and blue cheese for an appitizer.
