I placed an online order for pick up, made a run to the bank, and then headed to BK to pick up my food. When I got there, they mentioned they didn't have an online order that was processed through their system. The staff and manager were very rude and dismissive, until I showed them the receipt. Magically, they had received the order and started working on it. ? ? ?.

We ordered food to take to the hospital. We did the 2/$5. But were told that we couldn't get what we wanted because it ended? But the sign was still up?
We were told they have no control over that? Our fries were cold no sweet tea in the lobby. A complete waste of $28 dollars. Maybe corporate should pay a much needed visit?

Tryna charge 25c per damn sauce but wanna pull cars up to help there time like tf how rude
Ordered on the app, went through the drive through to pick it up and was greeted by someone who sounded upright rude saying “we’re closed for the evening”, so i drove back around and the same lady stated the same thing. when i proceeded to try and let her know that my order was placed on the app and that i wanted my money back she screamed again saying “we’re closed for the evening” as if i didn’t hear her the first time. i proceeded to continue telling her that i want my money back. she said it’ll come through and we will decline it and it’ll issue a refund, and tried to get us to leave. needs much kinder employees, and needs to have an update on their hours if this will occur frequently. the app shouldn’t let you order, and there should be a sign on at least the door or the drive thru speaker.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking, and drop curb. The door is not the lightest I've encountered but I wouldn't consider it heavy either.

I dont leave reviews for fast food restaurants. However, let me tell you about this place. Food was hot and “fresh”, facilities super clean and THE BEST PART was Marla. Easily the sweetest, respectful and loving employee my family and I have ever dealt with. She truly loves what she does and enlightens everyones day with her smile and great attitude. I wish her the best!!

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 meals. Got back to the house and 2 of the 3 orders where wrong!! And that's not the worst thing! French fries where cold and so was my burger!! Top that off that They had me pull forward and wait for my order!! If you want my advice go somewhere else to eat!!
