We will never visit this location again. We went through the drive thru and asked to purchase the Halloween pails for both of our grandkids. We were told by the cashier only one pail per family?? When we got to the window she was extremely rude and had nothing but an attitude. We then spoke to the manager at the window who stated if we came in and made another purchase we could get another one. There is nothing posted that only one can be purchased. So since we had two grandkids my husband went inside to make another purchase and get another pail. The moment he made his purchase a very rude obnoxious salesperson said weren’t you just in the drive through?? You can only get one pail. First off why is a salesperson over riding what a manager said? Why would a customer with two kids not be able to purchase an additional pail? There is nothing posted on signage stating this. This is false advertisement and absolutely insane to expect two kids to share one pail. I will be contacting corporate Monday morning.

Every time we go through the drive thru we have to pull up and wait at the front of the building for them to bring our food out. They have also now started giving smaller drinks with the orders but haven't cut any costs.

Dine in is always better than drive-thru. Don't expect service with a smile...it's BK, but it's a job so be happy and smile y'all...I'm thankful for being a local and getting good coupons, but now they limit how many you can use per visit. 🙄 Never had any issues otherwise and we go as a family at least once a month.

I placed an online order for pick up, made a run to the bank, and then headed to BK to pick up my food. When I got there, they mentioned they didn't have an online order that was processed through their system. The staff and manager were very rude and dismissive, until I showed them the receipt. Magically, they had received the order and started working on it. ? ? ?.
