I had a wonderful experience today. I loved your new girl Marla. I was surprised this was only her second. Our French fries were fresh and hot. There was another great girl who was cleaning the tables that was very friendly. It has been years since I ate her. I was even given a crown to wear. Please treat employees like this valuable for they are rare to find. Thank you

Well I ordered a Small Fry with my order just now.....but got an EXTRA SMALL order of fries & got more SALT than I did Fries 🤢. There's prob about 7 fries 🍟 for the Small that I ordered for my Daughter. Smh Customer Service was 👎 also. Just throws your food out the window & tries to send ya on your way. Lol Smdh

My kids & hubby was hungry so we stopped and got food, on our travels.
I really like burger king but they must really hate there job and life at this burger king! I have been eating there since the place was put in and it's fell apart the last 4 /5 years, in that time every time I say that I am heading there or going to grab something and ask if anyone would like anything as well but I end up eating alone and regretting it!

I had a mobile order. They pulled me up for nuggets and then forgot to give me a drink which then caused me to check my bag that was missing fries. She asked me what size for both because she said she "didn't know what was going on" and when I looked in the drive-thru window when I first pulled up there was another girl just aimlessly scrolling on her phone like there wasn't a line around the building. So disappointed and it had been so long since I've even been there due to the crappy service I won't be returning.

My family went to the lavale,MD restaurant for dinner and my husband order two of their chicken wraps. The chicken looked burnt but thought it was ok. The next day my husband was throwing up and was sick all day. He said the chicken did taste funny. We felt they had it under the warmer for to long and thought they should have just thrown it away and made a new one. But when going to that location in the evening just be careful. But other than that it was overall good. The employees were polite and got our food in a timely manner.
