It's a nice spot to stop by. Their whiskey and bourbon are pretty good, but wines were mid-level. However, compared to other wineries in the area, it's probably one of the best ones.

We went to the winery as part of our anniversary weekend celebration. Morgan helped us select flights of wines and spirits which we thoroughly enjoyed. She was very attentive and shared information about other local venues we might enjoy. If you are in the downtown Cumberland area we highly recommend you stop by.

This was a fantastic place to visit, with interesting wines and spirits! We had a couple flights to try out some of their stuff (i.e., blackberry whiskey, apple pie moonshine, mead, red wine, orangecello, amaretto, etc.). Everything was really tasty, and I would definitely recommend trying it out! The owners were really kind and friendly. I'll probably make my way back out here to restock our stash!

We stop here everytime we go to rocky gap! We always have a great time the owners are super friendly and occasionally they have wine/bourbon events that we love to go to. Highly recommend
Charis Winery & Distillery is always a must stop when we are in Cumberland. Their wine and spirits are top notch and we always enjoy catching up with Chuck on what new things he has planned. Morgan always has great recommendations and is so helpful. Their patio space is also wonderful to host an event! Absolutely recommend and we look forward to going back!

Not much of a view or tap room. I didn't enjoy any of their wines and I did a tasting of their reds. I like dry dry. They do have outdoor seating. And a cocktail tasting menu as well.
