Awesome food! Being that the line was going out the door and they are working fast, the food was sooooo fresh. It looked like 12 oompa loompas working in perfect unison while a horde of Chipotle cravin folk swarmed the counter. One by one frowns turn to smiles in front of me and I eventually got to the front. It was glorious, go find out yourself if you like good things.

Average experience for a Chipotle, I would say. The wait was a bit longer than Hagerstown but still tolerable. The food quality seems to have improved from launch day based on the other reviews. I felt it was completely on par with the food I've received at other locations. The parking situation is a bit frustrating, but that obviously depends on time of day. The dining area could do with a bit more cleaning, but we're talking about some smeared bean juice, so not the end of the world. Overall, I would say it's deserving of a 4/5. If you like Chipotle, you will like it here as well.

Usually love going to Chipotle because they tend to fill the bowl with rice and chicken. An this time it's like they gave us half a spoon of each. The main reason I go to Chipotle was because of the fact they packed the bowls so you got your money's worth. Felt ripped this time. An I been waiting since I first heard about the one in Cumberland opening so I wouldn't have to go clear to Hagerstown to get it. An finally after the long wait and built up excitement I think I would have preferred the drive clear to Hagerstown

i genuinely thought they were pranking me. the girl making the bowls spent 5 minutes drinking her soda on the line instead of helping customers. i left so i wouldn’t curse her out after waiting 35 minutes (in that time she helped 6 people).

this is the worst experience I have ever had at chipotle. The service was super slow and they kept messing up our order and one of the ladies in the back was not wearing gloves while handling food and she was also touching her phone. I will never go to this place again.
Ordered with chipotle app. Waited in n drive thru for recommended pickup time. Waited until a worker acknowledged that I had an order placed. She confirmed my name and asked me to wait ten more minutes. I waited 30 minutes and left the drive thru. Yes my card has been charged but I have not received it. I’m expecting little to no involvement from the owners or stakeholders. Worst chipotle experience in hundreds of visits to other restaurants
I love chipotle but this here that just opened near me is not what you would except from one. Management is nowhere to be found and nothing that you would want to complement the meal is ever prepped and ready I sure hope corporate get in here and turns it around before it's a lost cause

I would just like to say that in a new business there are always ups and downs and having to learn new things. I feel very sorry for the kids that are working there getting berated by adults so bad that one boys hands were shaking while completing someone’s order. The staff was very friendly but obviously are still working out the flow of a new chain restaurant in a place that doesn’t really have them. I genuinely think the chipotle chain should’ve had managers and other staff members from other locations come and help this new business learn the ropes. As for food mine and my partner food was delicious! There were some sides or options that were out of stock which considering this new business has had a fully packed parking lot since they have opened at all times during the day is to be expected. The staff was very apologetic to those who were being told things were out of stock and I can tell they were extremely terrified to have to tell people this. I just wish our community would do better at being nice to the staff. They are mostly (well appear to be) teenagers just trying to earn some money. I can’t wait to see how this business grows because I personally will be returning in the future!

Waited more than an hour inside the store. They only have one person getting orders, while the other 5 employees walk around like it’s their house . Management needs to get a hold of their employees and properly trained them .

worst service ever!!! first time goin there for an order waited 4hrs, asked for the manager, all he did was come out an went back into his hiding spot! the workers only cared about doin the drive thru orders, went there again, i kept pushing them to get my order along with 4 other people who were there longer than me, they have no sense of fast past!!
Omg! Who is in charge of this store? They move at an insanely slow speed. I timed how long it took people to get their order at the counter and it was between 11 and 13 minutes. The biracial guy with the head wrap working the line was not friendly or helpful what so ever. He had no hustle or urgency about him. It was literally like watching a sloth. The employees were too busy talking to each other to actually accomplish anything. The chips were soggy with enough salt to give anyone hypertension. They were out of various items. And gave such small portions. My food was cold, and I started eating in the car after waiting one hour and 13 minutes in line. Drink case was empty. Fountain drinks were empty. Silverware, empty. And all they had was carne asada for the meat. But they did have napkins, so I guess there's that. It was noisy, music loud, and everyone was talking or on the phone, since we were basically at a stand still. I'll be taking my food back today to get a refund because it was awful. I know it's new, but this experience was unacceptable. And I won't even talk about how the employees were touching themselves, the trash, scratching their hair out fixing their glasses and then handling the food without changing gloves. I made a 17 minute video in real time of them only ringing out 1 customer, which I'm currently uploading so I have documented proof of how bad it is. Save your money, save your time. It's not worth it.

The manager for this place sucks. I been in line for 40 mins and they got one person making orders. There should be atleast 3 taking orders. I dont understand how the manager doesn't see all the people in line. Waiting to order.

Arrived at 1045. A gentleman let us in the building. Three of us. We were told the manager was not there so we could only place online orders because the manager was not there and they could not open a register. . No problem. I received my order at 1115. My daughter’s order took longer. They were out of tortillas so rather than informing anyone, they just made bowls. At one point, the only qualified employee had to leave, I’m not sure of the reason. I will add that the gentleman preparing the meats seemed to be the only other employee with common sense and a sense of urgency. The girls making the bowls were doing so at a snail’s pace. The girl in charge of making the tortilla chips was even dancing to music playing at one point. Not sure why the manager had to run to another store to retrieve tortillas. Has anyone working there been to a Chipotle? Watched a training video? Or worked in a restaurant before? It would be faster and more pleasant to drive to Hagerstown and back. While the manager was gone, the employees locked the door to prevent more customers from coming in. By 1130, the manager finally arrived. Complete $i++ show.
