They were busy, they still managed to get the food out quickly. They were courteous and very efficient with their service. Prices weren't to bad, and the food was very good.

Delicious hot fudge milkshake make by a very nice counter person and the world’s worst nasty double cheeseburger. Seriously— two dried out pucks and a slice of cold unmelted cheese. Almost difficult to do it worse.

Waited 45 min for my online order. No acknowledgment at all. Charter bus comes in and places larger order. The staff are cursing because of the big order. Love DQ but won’t be back.

I only went thru the drive thru, but the line moved well, wasn't long, and when I asked for a drink carrier because I was by myself, they didn't hesitate to get one and put all the blizzards in it before giving it to me.

I ordered a medium chocolate cone with sprinkles. In the picture is what I was handed! Very upset of the customer service and item I received. The girl wasn't friendly or smiled. She pretty much laughed when she hand me the cone. This was very disappointing!

The customer service is terrible. I guess that's what you get when you have a bunch of young employees that act like they are in middle school.
