Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Earlier this afternoon, I came into the drive-thru and and sat and waited a long time for the person working to say anything at all.. eventually i give a confused "Hello..?" To see if it even works... eventually someone answers and asks what my order is. I say that i want a Number One Combo. There is another long pause. Eventually she asks "did you want the combo or just the sandwich?" I very cearly already asked for the combo but whatever. Maybe shes just making sure she heard me correctly (i find out later that she did not hear me correctly). After repeating that yes i do want the combo she gives me my total of $11.01, which may or may not actually be the correct total. I have no way of knowing as DQ seems to have different prices each day + i did not get a receipt at the end. I drive around to the window and get my money ready. There is yet another long pause here at the window and this time i can clearly see why. 3 workers are all in the window gossiping and goofing off and i am sitting outside waiting still. The burger was cold to the bone, like they cooked it an hour ago and it wasnt even the right burger. Number One combo comes with Lettuce, Tomato, and BACON. I did not get any of these on my burger. Terrible service, management should be ashamed.

We came through the drive-through to order our much-needed desserts and the lady working drive-through was extremely rude and showed no signs of being someone who should work inCustomer Service. When we got to the window, a lovely young lady came took our money. I asked her who took our order over the speaker cause I could tell by the voice that it was not the same person, she said a girl named Siana, but she was already gone, so I asked for her name and told her I would be coming online to leave my review about my experience. Will not be returning I’d rather Drive to LaVale to spend $20 on ice cream then to spend my money in Cumberland and be spoke to like I’m not a valued customer.

The Cashier ,She is young , Nice hardworking,Just needs to be shown "How" do the dipping of the cones,Ive never had a cone where it was , literally,hardly any chocolate,very thin layer, not being critical,just constructive,Thankyou for waiting on me , thou ??

They where out of chocolate ice-cream so my mother couldn't order. otherwise the place is clean. The servers where helpful nice and attentive. The bathrooms are accessible without purchase. Beautiful view.

Used to get very good , hot food and very well made and good blizzards from cumberland location. But this past couple of weeks have been horrible. Cold food. And blizzards poorly made and just slepped together. No cany in them and from middle to bottom is nothing but vanilla ice cream. I like dq and sadly spend a good bit of money there. If they don't straighten up il go elsewhere. Not to mention you go thru drive thru or front counter and not a single employee has a smile and looked as if the hate everything about you walking in and having to serve you. Especially night employees who just throw you ice cream on the counter for ya half melted and not made right. ..... and o yea. Strawberry's for cheese cake blizzard doesn't go on top!!! It goes in middle. Put a little effort and pride into what your doing.

Food was great, service was great. This location is the cleanest, most organized and fastest service Dairy Queen I’ve ever seen. Corporate DQ should send people here for training.

Normally I have never had a problem with DQ, but this last visit will probably be my last for a long time.
I ordered a banana 🍌 blizzard and got more than I asked for, there was some fuzzy protein in it. I know that it's being discussed at a worldwide level to replace our meat supply with insects but I don't need or want anything to do with it. Maybe that's why a partially blended caterpillar was mixed into my blizzard. 😫😫😫🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮!!! Yeah, I can still feel it between my teeth. Been a paramedic for 4 decades and not much grosses me out and that certainly did.

The drive thru may be open at 10 but the doors aren't open till 11. Just be aware if you're wanting a cake before 11 like I was... Otherwise, great experience.

Ice Cream was awesome. Great staff and totally understood our request when asking for kids size ice cream Sundays.

The employees Misty and Ashley know exactly what customer service is at this particular location. At night time mind you when the shift is nearing end and still happily made me a burger even when possibly already cleaned the grills for the night...just a friendly experience soaring high for the customer service!!! Thank you for hiring them : )
