Ordered for delivery. I missed the cheesesteak since they moved.. I was so disappointed. The meat felt spongy and gritty. Nothing like the past. When I voiced my concerns, I was told no one ever complains about the steak. After reading the reviews that was obviously not true.

This was the worst steak sub I ever had it wasn't even real steak it was sausage and the big chunks were red inside I found 2 big bones look like a part of a tooth in the meat..never eat there again its the worst and since I got mine and posted about it alot of other people said same thing. Pretty bad when you can't use real steak and you pay for it..

In the past we would look forward to the cheese steaks on a regular basis. Very consistent for the last 30yrs at the Columbia St location. Since the move to downtown, we have had the cheese steaks 2x. Both experiences regarding the texture and taste have been very disappointing. I’ve highly recommended Diatris as a staple of Cumberland, this is no longer the consensus for our family. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end.

We ordered takeout cheesesteaks the other night and, unfortunately, I have to say they were horrible! This was a first for us! We've always had good subs from there! They were basically flavorless. Not sure if you are using a different vendor or a different cook, but we were so disappointed!

I guess all good things must come to an end. I've been eating and telling people all over the world about D'Atris cheesesteak subs for the past 45 years. I just had one for the first time since they moved downtown from Columbia street. To say I was severely disappointed is an understatement. The meat is different, the lettuce is different, the tomatoes are different, the bread was stale and the subs are SO MUCH smaller than they used to be. I mean WAY smaller, not even close to the same sub I grew up eating. Very sad day for me.

Holy cow this place is good. The pizza is incredible, that buttery biscuit crust. Plenty of sauce. And they have eggplant parm sub so an extra vegetarian option!

Place an order for two subs ad a salad. Salad was fine but one of the subs had the wrong toppings which made it not edible to the person that ordered it. We contacted the store and they said they would remake the food. Well at that point we had to make a separate trip to the store and just decided we wanted a refund. They informed us they do not like wasting food and that we were being placed on the no order list. Well if you wouldn't screw the food up maybe you wouldn't be wasting it. Both subs were extremely greasy and the wrappers and bread were completely soaked with grease. This was a simple issue that could have been resolved with no problem but the pure disrespect we got from the location is pathetic uncalled for an unprofessional. I don't really care if we got put on the no order list I really don't feel like dining at that location after dealing with that total jerk.
The cheesesteak was really good. The restaurant felt comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They were very attentive even after giving us our food. The kids had the spaghetti and butter sauce and they loved it! (I actually tried a few off their plate and they were actually really good). I think the only thing we didn't like was the homemade ranch. Not sure if it wasn't made right for the night or if it was the norm but still was a good dinner!

Ive spent a lot of money at the new Datris on Baltimore st.. however after what happened 2 weeks ago I will no longer be spending any money at Datris I was profiled judge based on my looks alone and the first that only time I was sitting in their dinning room, in the middle of a snowstorm at 2:00 in the afternoon with two other customers in their whole store I was asked to leave.... This veteran will no longer be darkening any of your stores based on your staff's attitude at this store.

Tasty pizza and great employees! The buffalo chicken was great and they give you free refills on the pop. Its the perfect place to stop after a long bike ride.
